We wanted to go through the drive-thru, but when we got here, there were 8 cars in line, so we parked and went inside. There were only a couple of people ahead of us, so that line went quickly. My son and I got a dipped cone and a blizzard, respectively and they were both great. The only problem was the bathroom floor was covered in toilet paper and when I came out, there were a couple of strings of paper following me. (They were very busy.)
First of all we ordered a steak finger basket with a Vanilla Coke and two blizzards they then repeated our order back to us and told us to pull forward we get to the window and they gave us our steak finger basket we asked for “extra ketchup” and the lady tells us “ YOU ALREADY HAVE SOME” then says I’ll be back with your change comes back with the change and our blizzards which we’re already melting! Then hands us a vanilla cone we said oh I’m sorry we ordered a Vanilla Coke not a cone the lady says oh well we don’t have vanilla anyway so, at this point we’re frustrated with her attitude and just asked her for a dr. Pepper she asked what size and we say a large then she says well it’s can give you a medium cause that’s what covers the cost of the cone! First of all all these mistakes were not our fault second the attitude and third we could of put in the difference for a large Dr Pepper! I have never been to DQ that employees that were that rude!!
I went through the drive thru. My bill came out to $25.50. I gave the girl $30.50 and had to ask for my change. Then, out of the 3 drinks ordered, I received two. I had to ask for the 3rd drink, for which I waited almost 10 minutes. One of my orders was a taco salad, for which I did not receive a fork and had to ask for it as well. To top it off, after all those screw ups, she had the audacity to act as if I was being unreasonable with my requests. The fish fillet in my sandwich only filled less than half of the bun. Of all the Dairy Queens I've been to all over the country, this is, hands down, THE WORST. I will not be back.
The dr pepper was awful, the bannana's on the bannana split were old, and the beef on the taco salad was cold. Not a very good Dairy queen unfortunatly.
My husband and I went last night threw the drive thru and ordered ice cream alicia took our order lacked customer services and did not let us finish our order nor repeat our order . My husband ordered a sundae with peanuts which the he did not get when he asked for peanuts he got a rude responds stating" huh we charge extra for peanuts " instead of apologize and make it right we left unsatisfied and do not recommend this place to anyone.!! And I see on all the reviews the owner apologized is the same which is frustrating don't keep apologizing and fix the issue with your crew and staff I work for a fast food chain as well and I know it could be better
They're cashier has attitude when correcting the order and still handing out the wrong order and taking it back ? like I clearly stated I wanted the order separate from another and they hands me another order that's wild. Atleast they're taking they're time to making our actual order now.
This Is Another Favorite Dairy Queen Of Ours, The Treats And Eats Are Always Fresh And Always Great. The Place Was Clean And Smelled Clean, Great Job To Management For Teaching Them. Thank You Management And We Will Definitely Be A Repeat Customer.
Both times we’ve been here staff has been rude and my order has been wrong. The staff also likes to give you attitude when you ask for the correct item.
This Dairy queen has poor service, ordered a chilli dog meal and a cheeseburger meal. Only Chili on half of dog?? and there was no cheese on the cheeseburger. It is just as easy to do it right why not. When I left the window I said thank you and she just shut the window after handing out the food.
I tried to eat it but it just had a horrible taste. Opened it to find a fossilized patty.I love DQ, but I don’t understand how this is ok to serve to your customers.
