I placed an online order at the DQ Greenwood Location at 1:08 I arrived at 1:12pm waited in the curve side location where the app told me to wait. I waited for 45 minutes and my order wouldn’t come out. I walked into the lobby and asked if my online order was ready, the associate there had no idea, he was looking at the menu and asked me what I ordered, I told him and he said oh it’s right here. I said how long has it been sitting there and why has nobody taken out to me? He was clueless I took the order got my own drinks the associate didn’t even ask if I need help which I did cause I had a bag of food and 4 drinks which they never have drink carriers. Had to carry all of them in my arms didn’t even ask if I needed help. It was just a very disappointing time today and I always go there for lunch. The supposedly manager was there wiping the soda machine and she heard all asked and didn’t even ask what was wrong or nothing she just walked back into the back. Very very disappointed and I will not visit that location for a while. Very unprofessional associates including the manager. Yes of course when I went back to work, guess what yes my food was cold and soggy and we had to heat it up in the microwave that was just a really really unacceptable moment. Way the go Greenwood corpus christi location.

Absolutely love this DQ, everyone is so nice and the food is always fresh and made to the order. Definitely my favorite and only DQ I go to when I'm craving some. ?

Honestly people if you want real dairy queen go to odem or Portland and don't ever go to the one In orange Grove, the last two times I've had dairy queen was this year once at this location and a couple days ago in orange Grove and I can tell yall its absolutely disgusting, an 8 year old could make a better burger I cannot even make this up. Sad. Really.
Order was wrong, again.... Seems to be the trend for this location. Employees, aren't following COVID guidelines. So if you want to take a chance on your health and order accuracy, then this is the place for you. Won't be going back.
Fries were cold so we had them remade and once I got home and took a bite out of my Tacos I spit them out because they were old & tasted off. If you want to go to a DQ that actually makes their food fresh, go to the one in Portland. I use to work there and I never gave my fans old taco meat.
Awesome for ice cream, fries, a quick snack order through drive thru and park sit at benches and tables provided outside of business
