My review is a 50Here's why1. Great customer service2. Good cashiers3. Prices are high but food is a good size4. They run out of drinks pretty fast5. It's always cold inside
Very friendly staff and a nice, clean restaurant
We always go there, dine in and drive thru. The employees are wonderful workers, also I read lips well and I ask them to repeat the food back to me, so that I understand them and the food there are awsome.
This place is awful. For it to be so small you would think it would be clean. Everyone is on their phone instead of cleaning. The food was awful as well. My drink taste liked the soda machine hadn't been cleaned in forever. If I worked here I would be embarrassed to be an employee.
Purchased two banana splits bananas were hard and sour took them out threw them away very little very very little topping. I told girl with glasses at window that they look plain she said that's how they come BS other diary queens make them really good and worth it. Payed for extra nuts no different than amount usually comes basically ended up eating a bowl of vanilla ice cream for 10 something. I don't recommend this diary queen for banana splits!!
I saw a Manager go out of his way to help a customer. Great service. Pretty decent hamburger combo Belt Buster. I will go back as I often do for ice cream.
Always great burgers and The Dude is great as a meal or just the sandwich. Don't forget a banana split, delicious. Great drive thru service. Visit the one on Ayers.
Employee taking order was very rude, Not paying attention to the customer. Trying to listen to other employees conversation..Had to complain about food so cold and very little fries. Noy like usual..
Ordered two banana splits got one zero banana , ugh had to go back for a remake ..
I like Dairy Queen, but sometimes my burger isn't always hot. And I understand the point of turning the Blizzard upside down, but if I'm driving my car, put a lid on it and make sure it's wiped off before you hand it to me.
