Dude barista must've been having a bad morning. Handed my GF a drink that wasn't hers, didn't call a name out, had the nerve to roll his eyes (do guys actually do that?). The other barista in the back told my GF they don't serve sugar free drinks after my GF asked if the drink "bad mood" dude handed her was sugar free (my GF is diabetic). This was after the cashier told us that they do serve sugar free drinks and listed out the options. I tipped 15% (about $7) off of everything we ordered, wish I hadnt.

Great experience! The barista was working by herself, but had a great attitude and was working hard on getting drinks out and taking orders at the same time. Coffee was good with a nice espresso taste!
The young guy with the long dark hair needs to find a new job if he hate working here. Been coming here for some time and he is some what new. How can you be new and already hate your job? The guy always seems put out, non helpful, and hates getting up from the stool he put right behind the cash register to do anything. This is not just on one occurrence, like I've said I've been coming here for some time and it's always the same thing with him.
Place looked really nice and clean but the customer service was AWFUL. The male working the front acted like he hated his job. I really hope there are other baristas working there.. This dude is the #1 reason I will not be coming back.
Going to this Coffee Waves is always an amazing experience. Today I ordered the wrong drink and the young man behind counter kindly made what I meant to order without complaint. My husband, daughter and I left with smiles on our faces and a happy heart. We will be back.
I've been a big fan of coffee waves since it hit. It's clean, they have wifi access, outlets for phones and laptops, great food, great drinks, the staff is usually always friendly and attentive. I'd take it over a Starbucks any day.
Good coffee and muffins?. Great place to stop after church.
The staff people are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the shop is relaxing and a good place to work or read a book.
It's local. But should have a Poet's Night open mic. Like back in the beatnik day coffee houses. And art event swap meet in the lot...monthly. Coffee achievers have much to share.
