came during dinner with the wife and kids. we were greeted upon entering, and cashed out quickly. everything on the line was hot and fresh. dining room was clean, with a bus boy going around collecting plates, and ensuring the dining room was ready for next guests. staff was friendly, and manager came out touching up on tables making sure everything was okay. will definitely be coming back to this location. our kids love the endless pizza.
6/27/22: This is our first visit to this location. So far, great experience. This is Probably our best Cici's experience in a couple years. I think the cashier is new but she's really trying. The bus girl is steady cleaning (if it's not tables, she's cleaning games). The food has been fresh up to this point. I look forward to it next visit.
The guy running it seemed like a nice boss. The pizza was great and kept coming out fresh. I am also a salad lover and the salad bar could compete with Jason's Deli!
Growing up Cicis pizza waa a tradition with my family. if we had good grades on report card day we would get to go! It has been years since I went. I decided to take my own family and kids now. To be quite frank, the service was wonderful. All the employees were very kind and helpful. However, the taste of the food isnt the same. It isnt worth the price for the buffet, which is sad to say because the buffet is cheap. The pasta was good. the soup was good. the pizza was average. but honestly the brownies and cinnamon rolls were great. I believe you get what you pay for.
Cheaper than I thought. Paid about $20 for 3 adults and the kids buffet is really cheap too. The games for the kids aren't that good. They have a couple of those shooting games, a racing game, claw machines, and a few of those newer arcade games. I spent $10 on a game card and got a good 30 minutes of play time out of it.
We had such a great experience here with our 3 young children. All the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, especially the manager. They were The food was hot, fresh, delicious with a great variety. Thank you for the great experience!
I gave them 4 stars because the buffet is always good. Only problem I saw was that the hour that we were there (celebrating my son bday) I didn't see one employee sanitizing any of the games. And it was a Tuesday and it was slow and we sat right by the games and my kids were upset because I wouldn't let them go play any games. Now if they had someone sanitizing the games as they did the tables then I would've given 5 stars.
I had an amazing experience at Cicis and I can’t wait to come back! Fred helped me pick which tops to add to my custom order and was so insightful! Cicis was clean and the restrooms were kept up with. Time was no issue here. All the pizzas were delicious and the desserts were to die for. I am not usually a salad person , but with the fresh vegetables here I couldn’t pass it up. I highly recommend Cicis on airline to anyone who loves pizza and clean environments. With pasta, a salad bar, endless pizza, and wings you could not go wrong. My favorite pizza was the spinach Alfredo. Ask for Fred next time you’re in!
Cici’s has always been my favorite pizza spot!! I used to come all the time until I moved out of town. Well let me tell y’all… I went back for the first time in years and had the best experience. One of the workers there Fred, was so sweet and extremely helpful. He took the time to ask me about my day and that alone made my day. He even followed up and asked how everything was while I was eating. He told me if I need anything it was his pleasure to take care of me. The restaurant and restroom were clean and the quality of the food was amazing. I’m so glad Fred was there to remind me how much I missed coming. I hope Fred works every time I go to Cici’s so I can have another amazing experience.
Pizza is good but place can be packed at times and crew has a hard time to keep up with the demand. And was a little dirty on arrival. But crew was very customer service and tended to the problem quick after asking for a table to be cleaned.
