Horrible experience.. They didn’t give me my whole order. I didn’t have time to check it before I got home by that time there was no way I was driving back over there.. They wouldn’t answer the phone either I tried calling numerous times.. 3/6/22 7:45pm

Very disappointed in my visit. This used to be the Church’s to visit for fresh, hot tasty chicken. Now they only had enough dark meat to fill a family Meal deal and no additional dark meat for the night. The chicken they served us tasted like old dirty oil and as you can see it’s over cooked and not fresh. The sides were sad. The French fries old, cold, and soggy. Customer service wasn’t any better. So disappointed I spent $50 here this evening.

Ordered in the drive thru. They said it would take 15 min. For fresh fried chicken. Waited. Then they said 3 min. For biscuits. Waited. Finally got it. Got home. All the chicken was warm not freshly fried. All the pieces were legs. Biscuits were not even hot or fresh made. I saw them make everything but I did not get any of it. Just stuff that was left out.
I tell you what.. hands down best location here in the city. Best taste, service and overall quality you look for when spending your hard earned money on food. It was superb and delicious tasting! Definitely will come back when the craving hits! 10/10!! Must visit.if you haven't already!
Staff super friendly, chicken always crispy outside, greasy delicious inside, fried okra yum, potatoes and their brown gravy. I always wish for cream gravy and extra to dip my chicken into. True Texan that I am. I'm so glad Google Maps found Church's fir me!!
My wife picked up a $21.41 box of chicken & sides. We live just a few blocks away. When she got home, all of the food was cold & the biscuits were not completely ready. Then when I called to complain, there is no one to pick up the phone. I thought the chicken had to be at a certain temperature? Well it wasn't, joke's on me.
I would have given 5 stars but the drive thru inexperience employee did not give good customer service regarding a coupon. Manager stepped up to the plate; therefore, due to her efforts in saving us as customers gave 4 stars instead of 1⭐. Hope this was a learning lesson for the employee to go the extra mile and ask for help from her manager.
This is a locally own restaurant chain. All the Churches Chicken are NOT handicapped accessible in the Corpus Christi area.It's no fault of the employees and they will do the most to help someone out tho, the EMPLOYEES ❤
