Lights went out from what i was told, but they informed EVERYONE that there would be a 20-30 min wait...FRESH FOOD of course & they were all courteous w/us!

Needs better work ethics and put some love and effort into the food you cook…strips I got were extremely tough and over cooked. Service was nice but the back just looked a mess…definitely questioned if I was going to get sick..

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! IF NEGATIVE STARS COULD BE GIVEN I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD...THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY REG. CHICKEN. SO I HAD TO GET SPICY IF WANTED TO EAT WITHOUT WAITING 20 MIN. FOR MORE. GOT HOME CHICKEN WAS COLD. STARTED TO DRIVE BACK TO RETURN BUT WAS REALLY TIRED...OKRA WAS HOT AND FRESH UNTIL I FOUND LONG HAIR IN IT. WENT BACK OF COURSE TO GET MONEY BACK AND WAS TREATED SO DISRESPECTFUL AND WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE I HAD EATEN SOME OF IT BEFORE HAIR WAS FOUND I COULD NOT RECEIVE MONEY BACK. I WAS CAllED OUT MY NAME BY FREDDY. NEEDLESS TO SAY... I NOR MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL EVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!
I never really take the time to write a review, but Freddy in the drive-through 09/14/2021 7:45did absolutely amazing wonderful customer service I have ever had at any churches. We definitely need more people like Freddy. Great job!
