This place really is terrible. Always a long wait, and not even a long line. They never have what I want. Always have to wait 15 minutes for spicy chicken, they don't sell the cajun rice here and always rude. I drove away and down the street half a block to the Popeye's and had great service and they had everything I wanted. Don't go to this location if you want good Church's fried chicken!
Terrible service. Tried to order the special (10 pc legs/ thighs) for $10.99. The “guy” taking the order stated that there is no such special offered. Told him that there was an advertisement on tv. He gave out one loud “sigh” and repeated that the is no special. He went on to say “you misunderstood the ad.” Told him never mind and drive through without any purchase. As we turned around the restaurant, there was a large poster on the front window for the special 10 piece legs and thighs. I was so irate I just left this place. Never again will I go to this so called fast food establishment. Churches should be ashamed of having people like this jerk as a representative.
It's always good in the Neighborhood on the West. Very cordial workers, Chicken was great. Love the current special (3 Piece Dark for $3.79). The Spicy Sprinkle makes every bite magical ✨ ? ? ?
Food was ready to order. Just customer service sucked, all staff a lil rude. Wanted to give 2.8 but no option.

Customer service goodI think food tasting different but I think its probably from the pandemic. I guess they are changing it up.
Not only is the service slow but the workers have a very bad attitude. Also you should check your food before you leave. Our combos didn't come with their sides. They don't even answer their phones called eight times and nothing. It's disappointing that we have to waste time and gas money just to go back. We decided to just eat it without the sides.
I ordered from here and was charged for coleslaw when I ordered okra. When I recieved my order I didnt even receive the coleslaw that they put me down for. I ask for the okra and they try charging me for that after having paying for coleslaw. They tell me to wait in the parking lot and we waited 10 minutes as they give us dirty looks when they messed up! My fiance went in and they had the okra they didnt give it to us. Ridiculous!! I also ordered a Dr. Pepper was given a sweet tea. Not coming back here.
They take forever just to take your order. You then have to wait even longer for the food. It’s sad how many cars drove off because of how slow they are. The owner needs to know that they are losing business.
Very nice when entering .Helped me find the best deal for 2 people wanting white meat only.The chicken was hot and crispy.
