If I could give a zero for a star, I would! I’ve been to this exact location before during early hours! The day shift had great customer service and were prompt getting my food out in a timely manner! They let me know if it was going to take a certain amount of time for my order to be complete! Night shift on the other hand, looked up seen that we came in to place an order but turned their heads to text on their phone. I received absolutely No welcoming, be right with you, No acknowledgement what so ever! It took almost an hour to get our food! Not to mention, they aren’t busy at all! I will never come back here again! Absolutely poor customer service and ghetto acting employees!
I go to this one bc it's literally in my back yard, but I'm really thinking about going to a different one. We order the same thing every time. They ALWAYS short us on tenders, no matter the count. Guess they can't count! The employees are friendly though. Just wish they'd get the order right bc I order a certain amount for a reason.

Went thru the drive thru no one took my order. I called them and no one answered the phone so when I pull up they were just looking at me , took them awhile to even lok my way. Never again over there

Cold white meat chicken. Hot dark meat. Sweet tea perfect.
Wrong order. Ordered a ten piece mixed got a ten piece dark. Rude employee. Second time this has happened. So I called. The person picked up. Asked if I may speak with a manager. Her answer was yeah go head. Are you the manager I asked. She said yes. Told her my story. As I finish she responded with just wait. Someone else picks up the phone. Hi I am the manager how may I help you. As I told the other manager. She quickly corrected me. I am the only manager here. So I repeated my story about my order being wrong you could hear an employee making comments. I will not repeat her comments but they were uncalled for. My order was replaced ,but with room temperature chicken. I checked for correct order in parking lot. Wow! So I took home and heated before serving to my family. If I could get church s chicken less than one I would. I am sadden my favorite place. Gives me this kind of service.?
The lady at the drive thru was very kind and cheery! She does her job very well. She had red hair, dark lipstick, and space buns! The food was pretty great too! The chicken was well done and juicy!
Chicken was old and burnt from being under the heat lamps for too long. I'd recommend a different location.
Cashier was real talkitive and funny. Talked about sports while taking order and waiting on food. Food was fresh and was good. Great visit.
