I had ordered a take out and you won't believe it, this Chipotle gave me meat inside a vegan sofritas Quesadilla?. It was even labeled extra chicken, it was somebody's order, they gave me somebody else's order for sure, didn't have the energy to go fight this out in store.I am a big fan of Chipotle but this was not at all cool, as a vegan am never going in there, cannot trust this place
Always dirty. This is the 5 time I have been to this location and everytime I have to clean off a table before I can eat. Today the inside and outside trash cans were overflowing. The area around soda machine was nasty. I would be more tolerant if this happened occasionally or after lunch rush but it is always. Food was as expected but the chicken was overcooked and salty. I understand all prices are going up but $17 for a bowl, drink and about 15 fried tortilla chips is especially hard to swallow in a dirty restaurant with indifferent staff. I will make my dining out choices based reviews due too sky high prices and mediocre service in the future. Leave a review for good and bad service. Thank you
This Chipotle is struggling through a lack of workers. As well as low energy employees. They were nice employees. But they didn't have a fast up tempo pace about them. The line was long and there was nothing they could do about it, so the 3 of them just kept going at a slow pace.Food was good. Decent sized dining room. Has coke zero, that's a positive in our book.
This is the first time I've visited this location to dine in. Having ordered here twice before the food is pretty good and filling. Pros of this restaurant is that the only female server that was behind the counter serving me was patient. But the other guy's around were not welcoming. Cons- the line was long and the men working were off-putting didn't greet. There wasn't much clean seating. The floor was dirty, and the one girl they had cleaning the dining area did a quick but very poor job. Seeing as there was a line to the door and trash on tables or a mess on the floor, the seating inside was kind of sparce. 3 to 4 employees were sitting down and taking a table to the right of the seating area. Considering it was pretty cold that day, I was taken aback by this. Especially that there was a woman with a baby who sat outside as an option. I didn't think this was cool. When finally getting my food and politely explaining to the manager running the cashier this was my first time there. He didn't offer guidance at all. But the employee next to him offered help and gave me direction that I couldn't go to the right of the large wooden structure. But would instead have to completely turn around and walk through the line of people I had already stood next to. It was uncomfortable pushing through people and being rushed by people who made it very obvious they didn't want to be there or care. The food was enjoyable. Chips were extremely salty. But the aqua fresas were nice take on the classic version. Having 2 to 4 diff choices. I don't know if there is a restroom. But there's about 35 seats inside and some outside. Really hope to come back and have a better experience next time, than this sterile one.
I really enjoy this Chipotle, my only gripe is the size. It seems as if they’re getting smaller. It always fills me up and their chips are the absolute best. I always get the carnitas burrito and it’s almost always perfect. Also their app is the best because you can order from the app, walk in and have no interaction with anyone.
I got ONE bowl with chicken and brown rice. Was $17. RIDUCULOUS. I could eat at a fancier, nicer, cleaner place for the same price. 10/10 do not reccomend.
All my selections were made for my salad, then ready to pay and I ask for some dressing. " Oh were out, our blender is broke" Thought maybe they could have told me that when my salad was being put together, or just a suggestion, put up a sign!!!! I went back a week later, still wanting a salad, I learned to ask about the dressing beforehand.....NOPE, STILL NO BLENDER
I'm so disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. I understand places being shorthanded but there should always have time to clean, especially with all these health components.Food was great as Always!I hope to return to a cleaner environment.
Not much to say, Its Chipotle, it's like Subway but for burritos, its delicious if you pick the right ingredients, it's delicious if you don't. Expect to spend at least 17 bucks, mas o menos. But you get a giant cup for your drink unlike that Philly Cheesteak place off Saratoga that, for 18 bucks, gave me a 16 Oz kids cup :( lol. The inside is cool. They have a nice soundsystem and create a nice ambient atmosphere for dates or just a nice lunch. You mouth will water. If you can't finish it, a microwave or oven to heat it up, assures that it's even better tasting later.
This Chipotle has gone downhill. I used to eat here 3 times a week, sometimes more. The manager was great, everything was clean and the food was good. Now I have no clue who the manager is. It is SO DIRTY!!! And someone has gone onion crazy. I’ll say it again, it is SO DIRTY! I hadn’t been in months because the last time I was there I was so grossed out with how dirty it was. But tonight I thought, maybe it has gotten better. Nope. So dirty on the food countertop. No silverware. Onion overload in overpriced guacamole. I give up going. There was no line. There is no excuse for it looking the way it did. Workers just don’t care anymore.
