Waited an hour for our food, it was cold and beef fajitas were raw ?
I'll be honest I am not the biggest chili's fan in the world but theirs 3 things I really like1. their chocolate molten cake2.their skillet queso dip3. Their cornTheir cake and queso is my go to comfort food and has been for many years when I'm stressed or upset so I was having a bad night and didn't want to dine in so decided to order those two things and an alcoholic drink for my fiance ......it's a 20-30 minute drive home so tell me WHY where both my cakes completely FROZEN in the middle !!!!! I couldn't even eat it ???? I'm giving it a 3 star only because coustomer service has been pretty good when I have dined in and because the queso dip was still AMAZING, but really two FROZEN cakes ?!?!?!? DO BETTER ! at least now I know they arn't actually cooked at the restaurant :P wonder what other foods are frozen ?
Service was good but the building is falling apart my friends called it ghetto chillis for a reason
My friend and I went to the Chili's in Calallen Texas and it was a very clean and our waitress was wonderful. She came over to the table just enough to make sure that we were doing okay and didn't need anything but not too much to where you felt that you were being hovered over. The food was very good and it was served hot and all three courses were served very timely. I definitely would go there again.
Service was not that great however they are very understaffed which is what they should tell people when they're coming in the door is that it's going to be a longer wait than whatever it is that they tell them. I was told it was going to be 30 minute wait and waited an hour and then my food was cold when it came out. It was definitely not worth the wait, so I suggest Chili's making some adjustments into how they handle Friday nights with being understaffed. It is better to send customers away then have them wait and then be let down by the service that they get anyways. Let them come back and get a better experience.
It is hard for waiters/waitresses to do their job when the restaurant does not supply them with the tools they need. No Tea machine since November is ridiculous! No, crackers for soups ir salads. Wow, Chili's do better
went in to kill a little time service was so good and the drinks are on point and the appetizers were perfect
Walked in the bar and sat down and waited….20 minutes later I walked over to the other side and got sat at a table. Food was good but I refuse to sit and wait for someone to finish txting before I get waited on…phones should NEVER be allowed behind the bar. You need a different bartender.
Ordered an old timer and a mushroom swiss. Gotta say, for the price it felt very underwhelming. Denny's serves burgers that are bigger for a more affordable price. They even offer double pattys for the same price. They are really overcharging for what others sell at less than the price. The only item I'd reccomend is the rib eye but at $20 for the only one that'll fill you up, I would rather go to Denny's for a burger
They were short staffed but the service was great! As always great food and drinks. Join the waitlist on Yelp and get in line when heading to the restaurant. Saves time and super efficient.
