Typing on a full stomach, my stomach is MORE than happy with this place.This experience was pretty fantastic! My wife and I attended a lunch hour with our friend and her baby, and walking in, manners were introduced and we were seated. Pretty fancy tables, our server, John, gave us pretty chill service and a warm welcome! He was a great help, displaying great work ethic even with helping us clean up a water spill, which albeit being what he's supposed to do, he did a great job. Thank you, John!I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, which came absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS with the alfredo sauce. Adding sauce because that's how I like my goods, even though the sauces I could taste the heart put into the food.To conclude, we all appreciated you guys. The service, the food, we had an absolute great time here! Four stars for good service, and an extra star for John! Thank you for a great time, and we all look forward to coming back!
HORRIBLE experience. Waited 20 minutes for a waiter for to even show up. He never gave us straws napkins or silverware, after waiting for an hour for our food people who showed up thirty minutes after us ordering immediately got their food, we waited a while and just got up and left. No thanks, we waited for over an hour for our food. Never again Chilis, what a waste of time. The manager didn’t do anything for the inconvenience and the hostess seemed snarky about us not getting anything and said sorry guys in a rude tone. They tired to blame it on the fact that the waiter was new but I’m sorry there’s no excuse for the table with the SAME waiter to get their food before us. Unacceptable.
This place is filthy. Floors were littered with food and trash. Restrooms were dirty. The kitchen had standing water on the floor and kitchen prep area was dirty We were seated at a dirty table
Love the online order girl from a few days ago! She’s so sweet, does her job, & happy! Changed my review from a 5 star to a 2 star just by going inside to eat tonight. . What a joke our waiter was!! Couldn’t get refills, he kept forgetting about us, it took us 45 minutes just to get our order taken!!! Then, once we finally got our order, my side came out 20 MINUTES after my meal. A freakin’ corn on the cob!! The worse part is they weren’t even busy!!! However, the food was delicious. Will be giving them another try for sure.
Do not order curside... worst experience ever. After waiting 45 minutes for order at the parking stall my wife and I decided to just go in and cancel order....We had been told upon arrival that our order was being worked on, not the case. The manager proceeds to tell me that they are busy and our order is "To Go" so I asked if we get put aside because of "To Go" and he said "NO not what I mean", but that is exactly what he meant. So mysteriously our order appears when we were canceling and the Manger tells us we would have to wait 5 -7 days for the money to go back into our account. The Manger was not helpful or offered any solutions. We would have taken the food at this time, but due to the manager making it clear that we are curbside, as if "Out of site out of mind. Think twice about curbside here and you better off taking your curbside business where they appreciate you and take care of you whether you are outside or dining in.
First time to chili’s, got a brisket quesadilla with crispers, sides were very delicious especially the corn.
Overall visit was good. The host was great and he was very reassuring & checking in with us since it was a long wait. We requested to be seated in the bar area but took a booth midway to the restrooms. Our 1st server recommended drinks and was very on point. I wish we would have stayed put but instead we were offered to sit in bar area since we originally requested that she plus I think a family wanted the area we were in so no bother at all, we switched. However, the server there was not attentive. Not sure if he was new but we had to remind of things quite a bit and he checked on us once or wave him down. Mind you this bar area is VERY small & tight & he had 3 tables including us but he did have help. But besides that the food was great. I ordered chips, guac & salsa. We waited so long for the guac that we finished all the chips & even got our food before the guac. He didn't offer to get us more chips so things like that just kept happening. No attentiveness or awareness or even an effort to be engaging. So if I ever do go back it will more likely NOT be in the bar area. Lol lesson learned.
Mango Chipotle Chicken Crisper delicious ?. Southwestern Egg rolls to die for. Loving this chips and salsa. It was not busy, so seating was spaced out. Great appetizers that you don't need an entree.
Mom and I just had lunch. We got there just as they opened everything was nice and clean the hostess greeted us at the door showed us to our table and automatically our waitress came, took our order very professional with an awesome, friendly attitude. Next the manager came to check on our table that was awesome too. So we were done with our great lunch, food was amazing so as I tell the waitress to give our compliments to the chef come to find out it was the manager of the lunch shift that was also the cook and also we come to find out they were very short staffed but they did what they had to do to make everybody comfortable, also to make the food great ,and that was the awesome part of these people working there. Big applause to all them that had worked at the Chili's on S.P.I.D today March 08, 2022 at lunch time. Big round of applause y'all people are amazing???
I used to love Chili’s and now not so much. This is not the first time I’ve had a issue but this was the last straw. I ordered food through DoorDash. First I ordered the triple dipper and had “crispy cheddar bites” as one of my choices and instead I received buffalo wings… I dont eat those. Annoying but not the end of the world. I am a restaurant manager and I understand mistakes happen. HOWEVER I go to pick up my big mouth bites and there is a very long black hair in between the bun and the meat of my little sliders. That is disgusting and how the hell did they not notice that? It was long and looping out of the burger. This used to be my favorite restaurant and now I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to stomach going back. And on top of it also took them 50 mins to prepare my food. Very disappointing.
