Foods always good, but damn could yall get an order right just once please.
Love the food. Not happy with the 3% upcharge on using a debit/credit card.
The chicken is always hot and fresh and my husband says the fish is the best in town! What I really love is the hometown feel of this restaurant. It's decorated for every holiday and the staff is so friendly!
Haven't been in a while but when I do come back I will sure as heck get the fried okra and the corn nugget thingies, because OOOoooo the best way I can describe them is they're like little nugget sized pocket dimensions to heaven. Like, just take my money.
Just for those that don’t know if you use a credit card they are now charging you a fee. Be careful because they assume you will use a card and automatically charge the fee with cash orders.
I love the catfish Tuesday special, but dislike the service fee of 3% for credit card.
Food was mediocre, had a drink of sugar (Arnold Palmer), and to top it off, they had a sign no straws, to expensive. This place is so inconsistent.
I've gone here every Monday after my night class and the service is terrible. I sit at order board for at least 10mins when no one is there. Then I'm told they are out of rolls & regular chicken tenders. Also there was 3% surcharge for paying with my card! Seriously. I get up to the window where I waited at least 20mins. Several employees sitting down all together talking, laughing & playing on their phones while one girl does all the work. This happens everytime. Sad because their food is actually really good.
Terrible customer service, ordered a number 1 told me everything I got and the price. Pulled up to the window and said she heard a number 4. Then said the employees are never wrong. Don’t go here.
Burnt liver and gizzard and dried up fish and rude customer service. Waste of time and hard earned monies. Please save urself the trouble of going there.
