Horrible experience order was taken at 2:14PM. based on the receipt. After sitting at the window for several minutes was told to pull forward so they could assist the 4 customers behind me who got their food promptly. At 2:38P.M. and employee finally comes out just to tell me it'll be 9 more minutes.This is Fast Food, the food is prepped and prepared prior and when you go inside theirs chicken sitting in pans that are placed to keep the food at a certain predetermined temperature to serve to people. Might as well go to the Burger King Next Door. It's not like I ordered a Brisket.

I made a rookie mistake, I went to try this place out for the first time and instead of trying a small order I went big and man am I sad I did that. The chicken was hard, not one tender piece at all!!! plus I got an 8 piece and all I got were wings and thighs? $ 21.99 for 8 wings and thighs WTBF!!!!!!!! they have no flavor it's just flavorless chicken and tough. really pricey for dark meat that was over cooked or held over from last night, seeing how I was the first person in the store that day. I do NOT Recommend this place to anyone aside from my enemies?. now the fried pickles were just as bad as well as the cheese sticks. although the buns NOT the biscuits. the BUNS are to die for!!!!!!! I can't believe how soft and fluffy they are, and the taste is amazing!!!!! so the take away is if you like good buns this place I highly recommend, if you want good chicken I will have to go the extra mile to KFC That's a never fail. sorry chicken express but "your burnt" as Seth Myers would say.

Anna was extremely rude when I asked for catsup for my fries, which was all I ordered, so when I told her I didn't want them since they didn't have catsup, she proceeded to roll her eyes and slam drive thru window. Then when manager came to refund my card, she continues to yell at me because I told the manager what she did. He apologized, but continued to allow her to try to blame me and make excuses for her terrible customer service!! Restaurant managers need to train their staff on how to be friendly to customers, after all, it is our money that's keeping businesses running and also, it's not a lot to ask for our food to be right and the way we want it, especially since we're getting a lot less for double the money now days!! No more fast food restaurants for me, it's not worth the nasty attitudes, especially when quality and quantity has gone down hill and prices have gotten rediculous!!

Very disappointed their lobby was still closed. We had to eat in our truck because it was so windy. They forgot a piece of chicken on my wife's 3 piece order. Tenders were a little bland but not too bad.

Like always freakin delicious and fresh . Thanks to cook for fresh hot gizzards and counter guy for great customer service !!

Horrible food quality. Burn chicken need to change their oil . Rolls are disgusting. Never coming here again. Go spend your money somewhere else

This place is awesome I love there fish ,this fish tastes spectacular, delicious and very scrumptious.I even stop going to long John silvers.you won't be disappointed plus there not stingy with there tartar sauce. ?

This business is like a dumpster fire. They never answer the phone, act like they don’t need a job, always giving out wrong prices, and the dine in is so disgusting. Trust me, I don’t ever review this harsh and I kinda like their chicken tenders, but this business needs an overhaul. I can’t believe the employees can wear AirPods while taking orders. I told myself that I would never go to the Cimmaron location since that place was so gross and yet, the Staples somehow seemed to beat it. JUST SKIP CHICKEN EXPRESS.

I am so upset after going to this location tonight. My husband called the order in for the family and it was supposed to be about $65. I get there and the service from the young woman with the red ear buds in her ears while working the register was insanely rude. She wouldn’t even answer my question if the sauces were in the bags. She just stared at me with her rude looks. She tells me it’s $84.73 and I told her we were told $65 on the phone before driving out. The other lady said that she told my husband she didn’t know if that $65 included tax or not. I told her that tax on $65 is most definitely not $20. If anything, it’s less than $6. After not being able to get out of that, she said that the prices have changed twice. I instantly remembered why I hadn’t come back to eat there in months- I had the same experience with the same two ladies!!! I leave with my food, paying way more than I was told and paying someone to be extremely rude to me at the register. I get home and my family-sized fries aren’t even in the bag. I have now called 6 times (letting it ring until it doesn’t ring anymore) and my husband called a handful of times so that I could eat and no answer! This is absolutely insane. Why would I pay that much to be treated like this? I won’t and I’m done with this place.

Chicken Express has absolutely the best fried catfish in town! If you like fried catfish, try it. And the price is great too!
