This was the slowest Chick Fil A I've ever been to. The woman behind me honked at me incessantly as if I could make her chicken nuggets cook faster. The order in front of me was messed up. They served my food to me, and instead of asking the woman whose order was being corrected - to move forward - they let her sit there further slowing the line. The two young men working the outside line (by the window) were the unhappiest people I have ever come across at a Chick FIL A. I asked if they would please have the car in front move ahead to the reserved spot, so that I could get out. They said they were correcting her order - they had made a mistake. She stayed parked there while my food got cold and the Karen behind me got angrier. I felt like I was at Jack in the box. It was an absolute farce.
I’m not sure if they were training a new person at the drive thru, but our side took over 20 minutes while the other side kept moving pretty steady. Moving forward, it was finally our turn to order, we not only had to repeat our order several times, when we got to the window to pay, we realized we were charged for extra items that we didn’t order. The cashier proceeded to refund us the money for the extra item and we thought ok, so we’re good right? No! We got back to our hotel only to find out that our order was short, we were missing one whole sandwich, sauces and dressings and 2 extra fries! At this point it was too late to call back and we didn’t want to drive back to complaint. Needles to say, we had 5 very unhappy people. Not every Chick-fil-A is the same I know, but this one dropped the ball big time. That’s all, you can go back to your normal programming.
Food is ok, customer service is decent!We have lived all over the USA/Military family and we have definitely had better compared to this CFA.
Curbside orders are always missing the condiments I select on the app! The last order did NOT have one single ketchup, not one single mayo, not one single Barbecue sauce. No condiments at all for any of the 3 meals!!! It’s not my fault either because I always double check that I navigate the app correctly in making sure the condiments I selected are in my order summary detail before I process my credit card.
This place has the nicest, friendliest, professional employees. So impressed with their covid-safe fast ordering and service system. When the lines are long they have the ordering and paying system down to near perfection. This is a place I'm happy to spend my money at. I also always order the gallon Lemonade to take home,, the best Lemonade I've ever had, love it.
Just got back to sit down and eat, no pepper Jack cheese on the spicy chicken sandwich, this is the second time from this location something was messed up.
I grabbed lunch for my coworkers and it was a success but I was shocked to be short a meal when I arrived at work to hand them out. I called and they corrected to offer a meal without hassle. I usually always check drive thru for this reason but was limited on time. Will return in future. Popeye's chicken sandwich in my opinion wins. Lol we still love this establishment.
The staff here is awesome, but there’s a few issues with this location. First off, they always forget the honey roasted bbq sauce that is supposed to come with the grilled chicken sandwich. Every single time, even though I specifically order extras to try and counteract this. The second issue was that the dining room was full of flies here. It was distracting and very off putting and very unlike chick fil a. I only write this review because I hope the management can fix these seemingly chronic issues.
Best fast-food chicken sandwiches, hands down. Service is the fastest and most professional I have seen. Chick-fil-A should run this country using their business model.
My fries were not filled up at all. I got a medium fry and it was filled like a small! Also asked for a certain amount of sauces and got half the amount. And my chicken sandwich was messy. Chick fi la doesn't usually have this many problems but they were slacking today.
