I visited this place twice in one week. The first time the chicken tenders were over cooked and dry. The corn tasted sour. I'm not very picky but it was not edible. My second visit I ordered my ribeye medium and it was very well done... what a waste of this delicious piece of meat. My dessert was served with completely melted ice cream. It was a mess and I can't believe the waitress served it like that.
The food is slowly going down hill. This place used to be fantastic.My last visit I got the fried chicken breast with country gravy, mashed potatoes with country gravy, in southern style green beans.The potatoes were okay. The chicken was nice and moist. But the gravy and the breading on the chicken were a little on the bland side. The green beans were also bland and almost mush.I hope that they're able to bring this place back to its former glory.
This place is a hidden gym. The food is always good and the price is even better! Don't tell nobody I told u this but u can get a grande Texas tea aka long island ice tea for $4.99! U can't beat that with a bat and ohh don't forget to try the Broc n cheese casserole. Did I mention that every plate seems to be enough for two? Lol If I didn't well know you know. Dinner was great. We started with two complimentary honey butter Croissants. We had a plate of cheese bites for an appetizer. I had the Keywest chicken and shrimp with two sides, Broccoli cheese casserole and corn off the cob. My husband had the chicken pot pie and a house salad, he said it was very good. Great value for your money. Our waitress Isabel was awesome

Good experience. Waiter had a very quiet voice but once I asked him to speak up he did better. Atmosphere is nice. Friendly staff, good food, will come back for sure
Sat and waited for 20 minutes for a table. Finally get to the table and the waiter didn’t even give us the time of day. We even the server request button and he didn’t even help us. 40 minutes wasted. Head to the red lobster next door. You’ll have your food in ten minutes.

Always love Cheddar’s, but the one in Corpus Christi always seems to beat the rest. Love the environment and food is amazing. Great selection on the menu and excellent prices, especially on the adult beverages. Cheddar’s will always be a normal spot of choice for us.
