No customer service what so ever! The waitress was rude and so was everyone that worked in that place! They were out of potatoes for tge fries and decided not to say anything and brought sweet potatoe fries! And so many other things that could have been taken care of by the manager on duty. She refused to do anything about it! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE!
My family and I stopped to eat here and multiple parts of our meals were very inadequate tasting as if they were frozen. When we complained about our, not even eaten food, we were told we couldn't get it refunded after they already took it away, then told that we weren't allowed back for complaining about bad quality food, would never recommend to anyone to come here if you're looking for quality food or service, the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to us.

My family and I treated my Parents to this restaurant recently & we had a horrible experience. First of all, the lemonade had no sugar in it so I had to send it back. The waitress brought out a sweet tea instead and it tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. I ordered a ribeye steak, medium well & it was medium rare instead. Half of the steak was nothing but pure fat. We showed the waitress & Manager. The Manager seemed nervous by it and said she would show the cooks. When she came back to our table, she explained that the cooks informed her that they always serve steaks with a lot of fat such as this one. If I am paying over $20 for a steak, I expect for most of it to be the actual meat and not half fat. They did not seem concerned one bit nor did they try to make it right. In my opinion, this is not a good way of handling business. The service and food was a complete let-down. I highly recommend eating elsewhere if you are in the Calallen area. There are much better Mexican Restaurants around here that are not only cleaner but actually have hospitality. Needless to say, we will not be dining here again.
Friendly and attentive server. Good food, the family enjoyed it. Excellent décor tables and chairs. Great drinks and cool atmosphere.

Ordered from menu online. Carne tampiquena price says 14.95. Get to window it’s $24 a plate!!! T-bone steak rice beans guacamole(watered down) one enchilada menu says salad we got no salad and there was nothing tampiqueno about the steak!!! I guess you need to drink a few drinks before you eat!!!! Steak was tasteless!!!! Never again!!!!
My husband and I were very impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of waitress and the family atmosphere. Food was delicious and we will definitely go back. Oh also very glad to know we go and enjoy dinner or lunch and watch the Dallas Cowboys game super plus!!
Horrible Horrible service. Waited for about 10 mins after we were seated and still no one to come wait on us!My husband had to walk around and look for a waitress. Then after food was served no ever came back to ask for refills or anything else for that matter!Never brought us a ticket and waited to pay also. Not even a full restaurant and it was horrible. Food was not great either. Carne guisada looked like Alpo dog food. Store bought tortillas tasted nasty. Only good thing was salsa. But chips were harder then a rock!!First and Last time at this horrible place. No Thanks
