Their food tasted good.The dine in experience was the worst. The waitress was rude with a bad attitude. We waited over an hour for our food. We noticed people around us that came after us got their feet before us. When we finally started to get ours, we got it separately. There's four of us together.... one person their plate ate and finished. The next person got their's, ate and finished. The third person got his salad but told the waitress "I don't want it, can you take it back". The waitress said "you don't want this and telling me take it off the ticket?". He said "yes please". The waitress said "you didn't even touch it so there nothing wrong with your order." Again he said "Can you take it back please. I'm not hungry for it no more" The waitress told us "I can tell my manager but I don't think she can take it off because you ordered it." Than walked away. Not taking the salad or the other 2 plates that are empty. 30 minutes my plate came. The manager also came not too long after. Told her how the waitress was acting. How our food coming out at different times. She didn't even offer refills. The manager was nice and apologizing for how her waitress was being. Told us she was going to fire her because this wasn't her 1st time doing this to customers.
Final 4 games Saturday night April 2nd. Half the restaurant closed because the “only had 2 servers” so there was an hour wait to be seated. If they didn’t sell the sauces I wouldn’t even go there.
Upon entering we noticed a funky smell. After visiting the bathroom, realized the scent was coming from the bathroom. Smelled as if it hadn't been kept up or cleaned in a long time. This scent permeated the restaurant. The place wasn't very busy but it took a long time for or food to come. The platter we had with wings, onion rings, ultimate nachos, and mozzarella sticks was decent but not great. The brisket sandwich's meat was really dry and stringy. The only reason we didn't send it back at <$11 is because we didn't want to wait for a different meal. The staff wasn't very inviting or friendly. I gave it two stars because the macaroni and onion rings were ok.
I had the grilled chicken tenders and fries to go. It wasn't till I got home that I noticed I was given old stale fries. I couldn't even eat them they were so old. I went be ordering from then again. And they forgot to give me my sauces.
Ended up going there for a few drinks for March Madness, and enjoyed the multiple later screens. My server Mike was super cool, friendly, and very fast. Only downside of this place is how filthy the bathroom and floor were. Management needs to fix this issue...
My wings were over cooked and the rub wasn't evenly coated. Maybe that's a big deal to some but to me it is. I use to love eating wings from here years ago so I will give them another chance and maybe come back and update my review.

We went out around 8:30/9pm and were greeted by a very friendly server. The service was good, the food came out timely, but...I don't have the desire to say: let's go back soon!The one thing that stands out the most is the man who asked if he could clean our windshield as we were leaving the restaurant.Everything else was just okay.
Wings were overcooked. I ordered wedges and received French fries and wedges that were overcooked as well
Laughably bad service, cannot understand what was going on, also the soda machine has been flat for months.I arrived to meet my friend who had been seated and brought drinks. I believe he had been there less than 10 minutes when I arrived. It was 28 minutes (we verified by looking at the times I had made some phone calls when I arrived) before the waitress made it back to our table. The waitress had 4 tables in her section and the waitress was maybe 20% full. Also in her section was a very polite family who advised us to leave as they had been there ordered and not gotten their drinks filled for more than 15 minutes. I wanted something special on the menu so I waited like a fool wood and at 28 minutes when the waitress arrived I ordered right away and she had told me the grill was no longer running. I wonder if she'd arrived 15 minutes earlier if it wasn't. Also, the soda machine has been flat for a few months. Another hilariously awful experience at buffalo wild wings.
