This was by far the BEST restaurant we have gone to since we arrived in Corpus Christi. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone in the city. My son wants to return for dinner!!! The staff was very and patient with my family, it took a second to figure out what we wanted to eat. Their bathrooms were very clean and they had soap so I was happy about that. I hope we can return before leaving. The catfish was amazing!!!!!
Nice place to go listen to music, eat and have a drink and socialize with people or your friends..I had won tickets to go see The Cure Boys don't cry ) last night, took my daughter, We had a good time. I didn't get to taste the delicious food or buy me a drink, but next time I will ,We will come back again with all the gang my Family
I was excited to go back here after being away for 10 years. Sadly, it wasn't as good as I remembered. We arrived around 3pm for a late Sunday lunch before leaving town. We both got burgers. His jalapeno jammin burger was cooked correctly, my hellfire burger was burnt badly. That was all I could taste. Neither were very spicy. I will say he liked his better than I did. The fried pickles saved the day though. They were lightly battered & the pickles were still crunchy. They don't do table service outside of delivering your food which isn't a big deal. Going there still brought back lots of fun concert memories though and the building itself hasn't changed a bit. I'm sure it's still a fun spot to hear live music.

Great venue for music, even in freezing weather. Good environment for drinking. And if you behave and approach Brewster's cat, she'll let you pet her (dont be a loud drunk around her)
We checked out the salads at Brewster Street in downtown Corpus Christi today. To be totally honest I think it was the best beef fajita I have ever had. I had the beef fajita salad and my wife had the shrimp salad. The ranch dressing and the vinaigrette dressings were very good, they seemed homemade. The atmosphere was pretty chill and casual, kind of like a dark bar. The staff was pretty friendly and got us everything that we requested. I also really appreciate that they gave a good military discount. I would highly recommend the beef fajita salad.
Not a place to bring kids. Not sure why they have a playground and advertise that. I found about 40 cigarette butts in the mulch all through the playground. The food isn't bad although I wasn't a fan of the hellfire burger (a little spicy but hardly any flavor). And the service was very underwhelming. I gave an extra star because the manager went out with an employee to try and clean the playground after I showed her a small portion of what I picked up. The butts on the table and the floor are ones I picked up from the playground and threw there.
I had fish tacos that were pretty good. My husband had the smoked barbecue. He really enjoyed his meal. The place is huge as they have live music. Lots of fun things on the wall. A very casual vibe here. A lady that worked there, maybe the owner, told me it was the best place in Texas. I would go back to hear some music
