Highly disappointed.. I will say it was late when we went in to have dinner but I still didn’t expect the food to be that bad. Got the Fried Calamari and it was so over cooked and hard to even chew. Got the coconut shrimp and it was also over cooked but they give you cocktail sauce to go with it? The worst combination. My partner got the Stuffed bacon wrapped shrimp and it was okay but under seasoned and slightly over cooked but now as bad as the other. They also we’re “out” of the Seafood Paella, and had just run out a few minutes before, okay. With the food and a few drinks it came out to $65 plus a tip so ended up spending almost $80. The service was the only good thing. I do not recommend if you’re looking for a good seafood spot. If you’re looking for drinks then yeah I guess. So disappointed.

Excellent choice. The food here is made fresh to order. Takes a little while, but worth the wait. From the stuffed shrimp to the sides, all fresh and seasoned to perfection. Wasn't expecting this caliber of food from a sports bar and grill. Excellent service too. The wait staff was on the ball. The dining room on the lower level offered nice views of the water with huge windows. Recommended.

Great location, food and scenic views! We ordered the Cajun mozzarella sticks and fried Mac and cheese balls for appetizers; both were extremely delicious and came out quickly. My husband got the blackened fish (I forget which one, red snapper maybe!) and he could not stop raving about it. I ordered the grilled chicken which was yummy as I don’t like seafood. Our kids got chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich…also delicious! We nibbled on some of their food. We were seated right in front of the bay windows and got an awesome view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely give this place a try!

What a wonderful dining experience. We brought our dog and ate out on the patio (she was even given water). There wasa nice breeze along with live music and the ambience was perfect. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. We had the stuffed jalapenos for an appetizer and they were fresh, crispy, and flavorful. My husband had the grilled lemon pepper chicken and I had the grilled shrimp; both were absolutely delicious. Last but certainly not least we had the best cucumber salad we've ever tasted! We will definitely be returning when we visit again.

had dinner here, the atmosphere is awesome, you feel like you are on the water. we both had the red snapper one blackened and one lemon pepper. The fresh was extremely fresh and the spices are dead on. the waitstaff is very friendly and efficient. We will return when in the area again

This was not planned, but we were hungry, just looked like a "local" joint, rustic, seafood in baskets. Jesse was our waitress, engaging and laid back. I'm not a big fan of fried seafood, as it's usually heavy, but had to have the fish and chips. My husband was thrilled to see coconut shrimp as a choice. The fish was light, not breaded heavily, and enjoyable to eat. We only stumbled upon this place because our condo was not ready for check-in, and we had arrived early, so a perfect opportunity to try a local, non big-chain eatery.

went there to eat breakfast after a great night at the beach. Great location. Let's talk about service, girl was nice but she was slow. Slow to get to get to us and slow to do anything. Once she was there is was fantastic, but the time in between was way too long. Food was excellent but slow. Drinks were superb but was slow. Thankfully we were mesmerized by the sea turtle swimming and the birds catching fish to pass the time. On a stop that should of been 30 minutes tops, we were there a little over an hour. It was around 1030 am on Sunday, so maybe it was a staffing issue.

First visit was good. Went up to second floor, to be seated, and there was 2 other parties there. We waited about 30 minutes, to order drinks and food. Waited another 20 minutes, to receive our drinks, I stopped keeping track, after that, but food took a while, as well. Food was great, though, so no big deal.Second visit, was about the same, but on first level, as second floor was closed. My drink was not too cold, so not enjoyable. Food was not cooked good either, so guessing a different chef/cook.Will try it out one more time, as it's a convenient spot, for the family. 3 strikes and they are out, though, so hopefully something changes

This restaurant has an awesome location, so I was surprised when I found they only had one server upstairs and one downstairs. Food came out hot and in a reasonable time, but it was clear the servers were stressed. Music upstairs was a bit loud for my taste, but food was good. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was fresh. Hope they can hire a few more people.

Neat place with good food, friendly service, & great views. Found the Boathouse to be more reasonably priced than most of the other establishments on the island. Be sure and try their fried potato salad as a side. We’ve had both lunch & dinner downstairs and found all our visits very enjoyable. The second floor has more of a sports bar atmosphere.
