Tonight we went to have dinner with our friends .They hadn’t eaten here before. I told them I have never had a bad meal. Tonight was the worst . There was literally no flavor in the food . It was awful. My friends personal pizza came out cold . My husband and sons Nashville chicken sandwich was so bland no flavor. Mine was the parmesan crusted chicken and it was very horrible. I have had it before and it was delicious. But tonight was the first bad experience and I won’t go back .
Let me start by saying the staff at BJ's is EXCEPTIONAL! They were extremely busy when we came in and the stellar service did not stop!We were seated by the very helpful Jasmine. Next up was our server Marisa! SHE. WAS. AMAZING! This woman had what looked to be a party of 20 as well as like 3 other smaller tables. She was very professional during what could have been deemed a hectic time (lunch rush.)She checked on us constantly to make sure we were OK during our wait and was friendly and kind each time we asked for something extra. Natasha was among the few who helped out Marisa in her section and she was just as sweet and helpful as could be!I enjoy each time at BJ's, but this time was my favorite (even with the longer wait.)Many thanks to the manager, Morgan, for cultivating a work culture that takes care of its staff...it is definitely reflected in how we were treated!Will always recommend ??!
As always the food and beer were awesome. The only reason giving 1 star… and actually I’m giving one star to the waiter Dalton. Not very cheerful, seemed distracted not even a how you doing today, I felt like order, eat and get out! Felt very uncomfortable. I was going to talk to the manger but my daughter talked me out of it. I love coming to these restaurants but this time was not a pleasant experience.
Marissa, a recently hired waitress in training, was an absolute pleasure to have as our server. Super kind, tried her best to make sure me and my partner were taken care of in every way. I can see Marissa having a very positive impact on this particular food establishment. Great Job, Marissa! And best of luck to you. You will do great!

Good food! Cheese burger was juicy all the way through. Fries were good. Wife's salad with chicken was real good too! And the Jeremiah Red always a favorite!!
Night started out great with the GF, with excellent brews and cocktails. Ordered dinner and my food was sub par , SAM the manager was responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic of our food experience. Hands down best managerial service I’ve had to date , would recommend to anyone trying to have a tasteful night and enjoyable night out.

Beyond disappointed. Bjs has been my favorite restaurant for years now but this past year things just haven't been the same. Today wasnt even the worst of it but decided to finally review. My pizza did not live up to the pizza I know bjs can make. We ordered curbside and every side order of fries even sweet potatoe fries were cold we arrived before our pick up time to assure food would be as fresh as possible. Wilted lettuce in the salad and my child's spaghetti was loaded with grease. He orders this everytime and never once has it been this way.
There was a nice atmosphere to the place and the server was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the food was not worth the price. I had the Brewhouse Philly and it was very dry. It didn't come with any condiments. My wife had the fish and chips and the fish had a strong fish smell. Her loaded mashed potatoes was basically mashed potatoes with cheese and bacon, no sour cream or chives that I would expect of the dish. For dessert we had the monkey bread and the dough was dense and dry. My positive experience about it was I liked the Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts, it had a good flavor. I also like the waiter, he was attentive and was always asking about the meal. He asked specifically about the monkey bread and we gave our opinion and without us know he comped the dessert, which was real nice. Not exactly a place I desire to visit because it was too expensive for what I got.
