Decided to give this place a 2nd chance and it was awesome. Food was hot and everything that was ordered was in the bag and the food was delightful. Ty Bill Millers for the amazing food.
Ordered #7. 2 chopped beef sandwich meal. Sloppy job of putting sandwich together. Sauce all over place and on foil wrapper. Fries were good but all wrinkled in their little boat tray
Bless this Bill Millers, on top of being very clean and fast, I accidentally left my purse behind and the staff was so sweet. I described my purse and I spoke to an associate and the manager named Robert. They locked it up safe and returned it to me! They were so helpful and very kind. I am very happy with the service here and the food was great. I will definitely be coming back!!
Will never go here again. Ordered 3 piece simple order. 1 breast 2 thighs and they couldn't get right. The ticket was correct but not the food. The food was cold as well. I always go to the one on Ayers and I guess I will continue going there. Although I did call the restaurant and was offered the correct items and I have 30 days to pick it up. Ummm I wanted the correct items when I ordered it not days later. Do better I dont want anything free, I just want what I ordered and paid for. Needless to say I will throw the other 2 pieces away. God forgive me. I blame management for this screw up. Just do better .
I think they're really getting bad. I've had chopped BBQ sandwiches at the Saratoga location before and the ones I got today were so awful. Each sandwich had about one tablespoon of meat spread out on the bun. Horrible!
The food here is great and the service is usually pretty good but they still have the restaurant partially closed from COVID. It's time for the world to get back to normal and this can't happen if we still have people pretending like the world will end if you stand next to someone in line.
Be careful when paying cash. They’ll hand you your food before your change. Very easy to drive off if you’re busy.
My go to here is the Wild Bill po boy. It’s a fine tasting sandwich with the right amount of pickles, onions, sausage, and brisket. It’s nothing amazing, but beats just about every sandwich around that area. Great Sweet tea and great customer service. Also, their fries are really good, a bit greasy, but great.
Just picked up some Wild Bill combos for the family. This is our favorite meal to get here. The meat is good. The fries are amazing and the sweet tea is the best! I have always received great service and they are really fast. If you see a line, don’t let it deter you.
I have probably eaten at Bill Miller’s well over 300 times in the last 10 years. This one is really starting to go downhill as far as food quality. Really sad considering I really loved your fried chicken. This is about the third or fourth time that I’ve gotten cold chicken. There are used to be a time when bill millers would drop fresh chicken for you and you didn’t even have to ask but I guess that time has passed. Sad to say.
