Great good. Fresh and homemade. I was greeted upon arrival. I tried one Carnie Guasada & one Lean Brisket Taco. Ms. Delgado states her business is successful because of her dedicated staff. Lots of seating is available inside. You can order out or they offer catering. I would recommend their location.
I’m sorry to say that this easily the worst BBQ I’ve ever had in Texas. From the ordering experience (sadly the guy didnt' listen or assumed I said things that I did not) to the food which was a big let down, it’s a hard pass and I won’t be back again. The brisket portion was small, mostly fat and just soggy meat with grease and no real flavour (like a soggy fat stew). The rice was also bland and tasteless, and the fries were like soggy, greasy re-heated leftovers. Just disappointing.
Sunday BBQ was excellent. Filled up on a "Wrangler Plate" with only one meat. No left overs of course but could get more tea to go. Waiters/waitresses only at the ordering counter. ??
Serving size of chicken awful on my sandwich the thin bread was bigger than the amount of chicken I got. My green beans were more juice than the amount of green beans. I will definitely not go back again. I’ll buy local instead they serve more. 8.55 meal plus tax rip off.
My brothers and I were looking for a place for breakfast. We chose Bill Miller Bar-B-Q on a whim. This was the best choice. The food was excellent and the prices were good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will recommend this restaurant to anybody.
Food was good. However we ate dined in and after visiting the restroom I'll be calling the health department and writing to the corp office. Praying we don't get sick.
Quality company wide is declining.
Very disappointing. The hashbrowns were old and cold. Our brisket was dried out and hard. This used to be one of our favorite places, not sure if we would visit again. Please do better.
Chucken was dry and burnt spare ribs were dry and no taste brisket was okay i ended up eating one meat of my three meat dinner and leaving fries and sweet tea were good but other than that not a good experience will not be returning
It's hard to find good service and also good food in restaurants nowadays. Especially with a staff that doesn't give a danm. How do you mess up on the drinks. My girlfriend ordered 2 large lemonades. She gets home and the lemonade is f ing water. WATER!! How do you not know the difference? That sais alot about the people working there.
