Worst customer service ever. We waited 45 mins for our food which was cold. When they said it would only take 8 mins. Three families came after us. They got their food,ate and than left and we still didn’t have our food.
Stopped to order breakfast tacos. Order 3 bacon, egg and cheese tacos. Small scoop of egg on half the taco. Bacon was good but didn't order a bacon taco. Was slow. 2 people in drive thru in front of me. No one behind me. Slow down and do your job correctly.
In my opinion they need to change their name. With so many good bbq places in Texas, Bill Miler BBQ just doesn’t compare anymore, their fried chicken and desserts are much better than the bbq.Very clean, good service and decent prices if you know what to order.
The taste of the food was good, but I guess I've been spoiled by the restaurants in the Houston area. My biggest complaint was that the serving sizes were much smaller than I have gotten at any other BBQ restaurant recently. I ordered both the $7.75 plate and a brisket taco expecting to be able to share and did not receive enough to feed myself.

I went to get some food today and it was the worst experience I've ever had here at the calallen bill miller's. Employees were rude and the food tasted gross and the strips were still raw.

Since there's no Bill Millers in Houston we had to stop at the one in Corpus and enjoy their fried chicken and sweet tea. You never disappoint Bill Millers, we'll see you again soon!
