Chicken and ribs were ok. Green beans were great! Coleslaw was about the worst I've had. Friendly customer service but with below average food, 3 stars is top rating I could give.
Best fried chicken in Texas. When I work in Corpus Christi I eat at Bill Miller's lunch and dinner. I eat there twice a day, every day I am in Corpus

Okay I'm going to say it again.The food at this location you would think it would be on point..never is!!The French fries are straight up disgusting never served fresh.The chicken is a hit or miss,you have to take your chances.The barbeque is over priced for the that quality n the the quantity they serve you.This establishment has gone down.Plain and simple....save your money!!
Today I went and had Average service. Everything was cold. Waste of money.Couple weeks ago when we came, they told us to pull up to a parking spot to wait on fresh strips. We waited for 20 mins maybe more and nobody came out with anything so we get down to go in and when we asked for our order, they had no clue about our order. Get it together. I deserve free food at this point. Last 2 times have been very disappointing.
Their ribs are very tasty. I really like their sweet tea. The food is good but the price has gone up just like everything else. I still splurge once in awhile and order the three meat plate. You need to try their food. I've always have enjoyed their barbeque.
Letty the manager is a real Gem! Great customer service! This is definitely one of the best Bill Miller in town.

Food was decent. Staff was amazing. Only 4 stars because the prices were high compared to other similar bbq places ive been too. 5 stars go to the older lady that was running the cash register when we went. She is awesome!
