It’s not as easy finding an Arbys location these days but I found this location not too far off SPID and it has met or exceeded my expectations every visit. They are never really busy. I don’t think I have waited behind someone in the drive thru on any visit. My food is always hot and fresh. My usual order is the beef and cheddar sandwich, the Reuben, curly fries and jamocha shake. I get the Reuben to eat for a snack later. Excellent!
So we took the make it right cards Arbys sent us to the restaurant tonight. Ruben sandwich is cold, they only gave us one order of fries, the fish sandwich was not cooked all the way. The manager had an attitude because she had to stop staring at the order screen doing nothing.. raw food, cold food, attitude from staff... this is absolutely ridiculous.. and if I hadn't had arbys in other cities... I probably would never do business with you again
Dine in food was fast and tasty. Without a coupon the price is a bit high for the amount of food you get. But I've had a consistently good experience at this location.
Ordered $20 dollars worth of food asked for extra Arby's sauce, gave me two. Asked manager for more she gave me the look, like really? Said it $20 worth I get only two packs she got an attitude, I made her refund the food. What the hell type of person does that? I would have paid for it!
I love Arby's but today I have to only give them 3 stars. They had just opened not very long before I got there. The roast beef (which I love the most) was dry and burnt around the edges like it had been reheated improperly. Afterward I felt a little sick. I called and told them to check the meat. They said they would and offered me a free meal.
Wow! It had been awhile. Well worth the wait. Delicious roast beef with cheese onion bun... yummy ?, to my tummy.
Check your order before you leave. 20m for 2 wraps and completely discarded my request for no onions, no tomatoes.
Food is always good but since I haven't been inside in a long time, I cannot rate higher because the last few times, it was not super clean
I usually really enjoy a Arby's meal. Not last night and this location.. the turkey sandwich had a very small amount of meat in it ☹️ also the chicken sandwich had a paper thin chicken breast ☹️ plus we cleaned our own table to have a place to sit..
Light lemonade was watered down which was disappointing because I upsized. The new rib sandwich had no sauce on it and tasted dry. My husband and I ended up throwing it all away. McDonalds has nothing to worry about with their McRib. Your commercial felt like false advertisement of your product.
