This was my first time at Applebee's and I was very disappointed. There was no wait but several other issues. The wait staff kept apologizing for the wait because lack of help...only 2 chefs, 3 waiters, a hostess, and a bar tender at about 1pm on a Saturday. Food was done quickly so that was a plus but steak was overcooked. The worst part of the day was when we saw one of the chefs go into the bathroom, come back out with his shirt lifted partially, pants past his bottom with underwear showing. He swiped his card on the computer to perform a task and then went back into the restroom. Not very professional and I can only hope his hands were washed before he came back. I was just glad that he was in there the whole time our food was being cooked so I didn't have to worry about it.
We ate here last week and our experience before this last time had been sub par at best. This last time we came in changed that, our server went above and beyond for us and made it a wonderful experience for our 3 children as well. The food was good, although my husband had to send his steak back but our server made it happen to where we still got to eat all our food together. The appetizers took a long time and when the manager came by she said it was because there had been an issue of some sort in the kitchen with the staff. While we waited our server gave the kids applesauce and let them draw with her pens and gave them stickers. We will DEFINITELY be back to sit in her section. Becca, our server, truly made the whole experience a night of family fun instead of stress, which is how it usually goes with taking three kids out to eat! Bartender was on point with the drinks as well.
Had the burger and added wings for 1dollar.The burger was decent but I also had to try the donut dippers.The donut dippers were AMAZING! Nice and hot, dipped in chocolate or caramel.This was the best part of the meal.The mango drink with Captain Morgan hit the spot as well.I would definitely recommend the donut dippers and the mango drink.Delicious!
Not impressed. The place smelled. The bathroom looked dirty & smelled worse. The food didn't have much flavor. I ordered a salad & there was a good amount of water sitting at the bottom. The only positive is that my waitress was awesome. She was nice, attentive & helpful. Great service but I still will not be going back.
Delicious food, great service and BOMB appetizers! We had a horrible experience at TGIFRIDAYS and we came here. Thank you Applebees for saving date night! 10/10 highly recommend
Starting off I ordered cheese and chips as an appetizer and the cheese was like they just pulled it out of the fridge and microwaved it for 2 seconds, my tea tasted old and they added more sugar, the steak I ordered I couldn’t even finish it tasted odd, definitely my last time there.
My wife liked the chicken Alfredo, I had the riblets and they were not as good as in years past. It had been a long time since I'd eaten there. I guess it's hit and miss with the food. The service was good

Our server was great! We came in late but he took great care of us thank you, Ryan. Must try the $5 tipsy reindeer it was delicious and strong. The bartender did it up right. Food was great! Tasted fresh, made with care and served quickly.
Pretty much the same as any other Applebee's in my opinion as I've said it other Applebee's I love their half price appetizers in the evening. It's a great opportunity to stop and hang out with friends and have some half price appetizers. If you want a cold beverage they do serve both drinks and sodas. I really enjoy this establishment and would recommend anybody to stop here if they just want to catch up with old times with some friends.
