Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Tried almost everything in their menu and didn’t find anything that I don’t like yet ! Price is very affordable compare to Shipley while the quality is even better ! The stuffs are friendly and helpful!
I used to always order my food here and love it, but as of today I will not continue patronizing a business who thinks it's morally okay to upcharge $1.50 for additional sugar packs to add to my paid for coffee. Not to mention all of the other items I always purchase within the order. I could handle maybe an additional .25c for the extra packs but a whole $1.50 is just insane, when the coffee itself cost $1.99. (I understand there is inflation, I totally get it). Anyway, I called the restaurant and the lady was NOT reasonable, didn't understand the principle behind my issue or why I was upset. As a result, she has lost a long term customer. I will never order from here again. That's a promise.
