It has great food. The employees are nice.my son&I dined in ;&but they also have drive-thru.

Unprofessional, unsanitary, you can tell these employees hate there job. My first time visiting this location, I witness the cooks in the back scooping cheese out of a bucket with her hands. Then put the bucket in the trash and proceeded to cook WITHOUT WASHING THERE HANDS. Followed by more unsanitary cooking. I was highly disappointed and got my money back (only one indoor and the wait was like 45 mins.)Anyways I decided to visit again today to give them a second chance. Once again I'm the only one indoors and my time time is 45 mins (I ordered a 10pc combo) the staff is just standing there doing nothing which explains the long wait time.Highly disappointed in this location and I have made up my mind that all wingstops are like this and I'll refuse to eat here ever again. Wingstop you lost my business and I will be sharing my experience with my community

I ordered door dash and they were advertising a new flavor yet you couldn’t order it on door dash. It wasn’t set as an option on the plate we ordered. I called and asked for 2 of them so we could try them and just 2 of the wings we ordered in that flavor. At first the manager said no cuz it was a gm door dash order but then he agreed. I really appreciate y’all taking care of us so we could try it. We actually order from here almost once a week. Don’t judge lol. Atomic sauce is my fave!! Thanks y’all!

Very rude costumer services.This guys are only nice to each other!This guy his name is Carlos he had a very bad attitude.He is over weight probably that's his problem.

Yesterday me and my boyfriend went to eat here and from our understanding the man at the front counter had just start.I called My order in and had to repeat everything 6x no less due to the can you repeat that and before I ended the call I said My order AGAIN! There was no reason or room for it to be incorrect when I got Home.They gave me lemon pepper instead of putting it on my fries like I asked. When I called it was the same guy who originally answered and then he gave the phone to someone else.The man was short, and asked what my order was. He told me “okay you can come back and we’ll remake it—.” And then hung up no , thank you, sorry about that NOTHING!We left the food here and when we got there AGAIN the man says “you need to bring the food here” — I stayed In the car but when my bf told me this I came inside.Who in their right mind would want to go home (in the cold and rain) see their food is wrong, just to come back for it to be corrected and then go back home again to get the food that should’ve been right the FIRST TIME. While we were in the store the lady at the front counter understood where I was Coming from and had them make my food correctly. Who wants to complain just to get free food? It’s never that serious. Then while my bf was still being questioned and told “well it says lemon pepper on here” IT WASNT WHAT I ORDERED AT THE END OF THE DAY. I was polite the whole time, but cmon do better. Stop putting people in position to do jobs without properly training them. Shame on management

Tanese greeted us as soon as we walked in, so polite and professional. She reassured us that she was not rushing for us to decide but wanted to get the name for the order. Her customer service was top notch. Thank you for being such a joy!

Food was good, hot and tasty. About what I expected. I still think they have the best wings of any of the places that sell wings as their primary item. Called in a carry out order at 12:30 on a weekend day. The website says most orders completed within 15-21 minutes. 35 minutes later, I'm still waiting for my order while the manager sits and eats lunch with a family member or friend. Odd time for an employee to take lunch. Service while slow was friendly.

Typical chain restaurant that has employees that are nothing but annoyed by having to wait on customers the credit card machine wasn't working properly and wouldn't take my bank debit card. I went next door and the employees at this establishment have same issues. My card worked fineFood quality is what you expect.

I don’t recommend this wing stop to anyone !!! Management is very poor !!! And not understanding whatsoever ! They care more about their product than actually making the customers happy … They don’t wear ANY masks or gloves , coming from a manager they don’t have to which she says corporate guidelines says that they don’t , which is quite hard to believe …. I WONT BE BACK !! And I will be contacting corporate office about this situation …..

This is a horrible wingstop....do not waste time or money....very un professional kids joking playing around,texting, sending out wrong orders, and wings are terrible....nasty!!!.
