Wife and I have given this place more chances then we should have, but this last time tonight has taken all the love I have Wingstop out of me.Idk if they get busy and all Quality goes out the window or if they have someone back there just laughing Dr. Evil style while boxing 1/2 cooked food and refusing to season any of our wings/ fry’s.Trust me when I say my wife and I are always understanding and have sympathy for the service Industry due to being in it ourselves, but enough is enough. I strongly urge you to double check all your food if not just go somewhere else.
First let me start by pointing out the young girl that helped me, she was very HELPFUL and I REALLY LIKED how she read back my entire order to me before I paid, she is an employee that are hard to find and I hope that she her pay reflects her GREAT SERVICE. I work at the hospital and and this was my first time at this location, so I'll be back.My order was 30 wings, Large Thighs, Large Cajun Corn and it was all cooked and seasoned right. Ok, I'll be honest on two things.... 1st I was suprised on how small the Thighs were a few of them for in the Palm of my hand; 2nd I'm HOOKED on the Cajun Corn which she described how they were made and how they were seasoned, I think that they could be a little bigger or. Better Yet y'all could offer the Cajun Corn on the Cob ? ???
I am a healthcare worker who only gets 30 minutes for lunch. I ordered over 85 dollars from Wingstop and was missing 2 orders and some sides. Since it was a delivery they said they could just let me pick up my order after work! So I would have to wait until 7 pm! I insisted for them to drop it off and they took it to the wrong hospital, although I have them the exact address. At this point I’m hungry and have no time left for lunch so I ask for a refund and they said it would need a managers approval which apparently takes them four days to get!! Needless to say my entire department is never preferring from this place again.
I had to write a review because we specifically tried this location after being fed up with the one closest to us, on Sawdust Rd. The guy that greeted us was kind. I placed order on line and it was ready on time. Everything was correct and no complaints about the food. I went on Monday and place was empty.
I order online to get my food ready at time was showing completed in the app, but what a surprise order wasn’t ready, the from desk was more slow then a turtle. When they finally give me my order it was missing a order of fries… I ask for a manager a came another slow person and acting like she don’t care I have to wait more time if I want my fries. So I requested a refund and they ask me for the food back. What a service… please stop going to that place.. work service…
The french fries are the best. The original wings are fried to hard. Very disappointing!!
Food is generally good but almost every order we’ve ever made has had something wrong with it. Part of the order was wings when it was a thigh order, boneless wings when it was supposed to be bone-in, wrong dressings, way too much salt… it always seems to be something.
Terrible. Wings were tough and hard to eat. The mild sauce had no flavor at all. It was pure oil. We asked if we could change the sports channel to watch Sunday football and the person in front didn’t know where the remotes were. Wasted time and money here. Wingstop used to be my favorite spot until I visited this location.
Ordered through the app, an order was delivered that was not mine. I paid $60 for 6 hot wings & no drink. After calling the store, they had no record of me placing an order even though I had it in the app with order number. I mentioned that & they said they didn't use order numbers, only names, & they had no record of mine. Drove up there only to be told all the same info. There was an order on the completed rack, I looked at it, guess what, had my name on it! The same name that they had no record of! 3 hours later & I finally get my cold food. Beware!
The work environment is definitely different here I’m completely disappointed.The first thing I’m greeted to when I walked in is workers leaning over the counter mugging me and extremely loud music blasting over a speaker in the kitchen. I get it’s late at night so whatever however, I don’t get how I asked for light seasoned fries yet I get something not even edible.Complete waste of money…
