Order a meal for my daughter at 622pm and got the food at 651pm. Extremely slow service. No shakes as the order taker said that they were out on everything. 4 team members at the window talking, male manager was locked in the office looking at the drive thru with no sense of urgency or to help his team getting the orders done as cars are lined up both ways as he can be seen from the outside that he is in the office. Cars in the back getting their food first but no one can get out since the customers up front did not receive their food. Poor service and shame on the poor management. Upper management, please run the cameras and see it for yourself. 04/07/22 from 0622pm till 0651pm. Last time going to this place.
This is by far worst whataburger ever. Ordered online 45 min before left work with time to pick upSmh arrived followed app instructions to pick up 40 min later still waiting. Went inside to find out why, rude person said oh we didn't see you. Funny I could see car clearly with lights blinking. Manager of course was gone. 10 days still no refund they can't refund at store.
Oh well the online orders the choosing is easy the paying is easy but don't try for delivery they will set it for when they think you should get it. Apparently for me it between 7:20 and 7:30 in the morning not 12:05am because now one works night except for them come on. Oh it's ok to charge a customer 2 times though your app needs some work.
Burgers were really good. Chicken sandwich had barely any sauce. Forgot 2 orders of fries and gave me 2 orders of cold, limp old fries. Disappointing. First time trying Whataburger in Texas.
We visited this location last night with a BIG group, and the staff handled our chaos cheerfully. That said, I wasn't thrilled to realize that I'd been charged for an extra shake I didn't order. (They brought it to me, so I just gave it to a friend.) Worse, one of the last bites in my spicy chicken sandwich was clearly undercooked - what remained was visibly raw, so I didn't finish. I'm sure they were just in a hurry to fill all of our orders, but food safety should always be a #1 priority.
Food was great. Only bad thing about the drive thru is they had a new young lady working the window who seem to have little experience on working the drive thru. She didn't give me my drink. She was slow & seem to be sacred. The young man who came outside to take my order was very nice & helpful. ? up to him because I didn't have to repeat my self. He was listening with a smile on his face.
Whataburger is a very good option for fast food in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. It has a variety of meals,but most of them are burgers/sandwiches. If you're looking for an option that isn't too expensive and gives you some sense of the southern flavors, then this is a very good option. And from what I've seen, they are among the most clean fast food restaurants, as well as nice restrooms.Overall, 8/10 a very good score.
Good place to stop for breakfast on the go if you're hitting the freeway early like I do.Highly recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead of time. So many options that ain't on the menu to make it that much better!
The limited Time Dr pepper shake, is awesome. But, what I noticed is that, the nicer, more smiling faces that work at a whataburger, the more the shake machine happens to work. When the smiles are upside down the shake machine always seems to be broken.
Awesome as always! Bring the prices down a dollar would be a great incentive to drive business. Food is always hot and fresh when brought to the table. A Texas Favorite! all day every day! Whataburger!
