Love the food, but you would think after this many years in business (across the company) they could figure out how to reduce the wait times during peak times. Most locations, including this one, you'll sometimes wait 15-20 minutes at 10pm at night with 4-5 cars in front of you. We all know Whataburger is popular in the late evening but it seems the company has never figured that out! The speed (or lack thereof) is not a recent phenomenon, it's been this way for yeeeeeeaaaarrrssss and long before COVID. At the least the staff is nicer than most locations here. I'd give it 3-4 stars for speed but I feel like that's not fair to this one-off location who just follows corporate and their staff is nicer than most locations.
Stop with the loud "whoop whoop" as you bring out the orders and just focus on getting it right. Please instruct workers to actually read what the order says and also include ketchup in the bag. A "no seasoning" hamburger doesn't mean so much added salt that it has to be thrown in the garbage. Not sure what is happening but the quality has gone down.
Just visiting Texas for the first time and I’ve been wanting to try Whataburger for the past 15 years!!!!! (Heard about it from the show King of the Hill)It’s a hearty burger. Flavor wasn’t as powerful as I was expecting but hey, I’ve been hyping this place up in my head for nearly 2 decades.I’m so satisfied with the portions.I’m grateful I was about to visit. And this location, especially, was very clean and beautiful.Thank you! ✊??
Good burgers, poor service. People who don't like to serve should find a different kind of job. Customer's money pays their salary. A little kindness brings customers back. A little bitterness drives people away. It's easy to find another burger joint.
We received a coupon for donating to the Childrens Miracle Network went this morning told the young man taking the order we had a buy one get one free coupon for taquitos.My husband placed an order for 2 different taquitos my taquito was suppose to have egg,hash brown,bacon,cheese and grilled onion with the tortilla grilled. My husbands taquito was suppose to be bacon,egg and cheese we got them his taquito had no bacon no cheese it was egg and potato that he did not ask for and my taquito was egg,hash brown and cheese there was no bacon and their was no onion.They did not give him his buy one get one free charged him for both and refunded him for one taquito with cash!!The whole experience took along time never have I ever had a bad experience from Whataburger until now !!
This particular Whataburger is so slow. I have NEVER been to a store that was this slow. To add to the frustration, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Then, when I get home, five minutes away, my food is ice cold. This isn't just one experience. This is several. I should just stop wasting my time and money.
Been going here since they opened they have never filled my cup up all the way or given me enough ice??? Please, there’s no ice shortage put ice in my drink. Could also have better curbside, my curbside order has never been correct.
I got a Breakfast sauge egg no cheese sandwich meal at 8am had to pull up and wait while two cars behind me got there order and when I got it the hash Brown sticks were cold and the coffee w cream and sugar I ordered they gave me one creamer and 3 packages of sugar
Usually when I go to this place the workers are very nice and are NEVER rude. But, I went through the drive thru today (02/11/22 at 11am) and I could not believe how rude these workers were. The lady who took my order rolled her eyes at me and raised her voice when I asked a question. I didn’t get her name but she had pink acrylic nails. She did not seem like she heard my order so when I got to the window I asked the lady at the window to repeat the order back to me before I paid. She basically yelled my order back at me and let out a big sigh after I handed her my money. I don’t usually write reviews but this was just drastically different than my usual experiences.
