Returned to get the other 3 I PAID FOR and was met with rude and snarking remarks to a paying customer. " Now you have 3 when you paid for one" is what was said to me I have my receipt to prove it. Now I will spend my days telling everyone to stay away from this Wendy's as well as the rude staff. STAY AWAY AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAGS CAUSE THIS WENDY'S STAFF WILL TREAT YOU WRONG ACROSS THE BOARD
The evening staff were simply unprofessionally. The lobby is supposed to be open until 9p and they're already closed at 8p. The wait was excessively long for no apparent reason. They're were only 2 other cars ahead of me and at least 3 members working
Food tasted good BUT it took 30 mins for everyone that came in there to get their food. Also my fiance asked for NO TOMATO and they put it on all his food, and we had 5 orders of nuggets and only received 2 sauces ?
Drove through at 855pm and was told they close at 9 when everywhere says they close at 10. Pretty sure the kids just didn't feel like working smh but probably demanding $15 an hour
The Wendy’s app and google both say this location closes at 10, but I placed a mobile order around 9:30 and when I pulled up, the signs were off and I was told they were closed. I’m not sure of their actual hours, but from the google reviews it looks like they close at 9.
After spending 35 minutes in line told to pull over and wait another 15 minutes while 3 people behind us got their order. Drink order wrong has to be redone. Got home and order wrong. Replaced expensive burbon bacon burgers with kiddie burgers. Terrible service and wrong order
Fast but they forgot forks. Be sure to ask if taking to go via drive thru or curbside pickup.
If I could give zero stars I would. For weeks this place has had its dining area closed for idk whatever reason. Drive thru is the only way and you sit in line for 10+min. When going to drive thru as a Doordasher there’s 4+ people doing absolutely nothing walking around lost in the kitchen area. Either shut it down and quit paying these people to do nothing or new management.
Not really sure what to say. Google says they close at 10. Got to the drive through at 9:08pm and the sign was off. Waited a few minutes, nothing. Drove around and saw a number of employees inside. Like hang a sign on there saying you are closing early or whatever. It change hours in Google. Not hard. Or stay open? There was also a car in front of me who abandoned their effort to get food. Didn't seem short of potential customers. Sigh.I have eaten here before this, and it is usually good. But this was very disappointing.
