I went to this location and the man at the drive thru window was extremely rude. After every item I said I wanted he would say anything else. I gave him explicit details on how I wanted the burger. Whenever I got home and looked at the food the burger had items on it that I had asked him to keep off the burger. I typically don’t have any issues with this location. But this time just wasn’t a good day for them. I don’t know if I would recommend this location or not.
This Wendy’s is disappointing. We don’t even go there anymore. We stopped going at night because our order was always screwed up. The regional manager reached out to me and made it right, she was nice I appreciated that. Now a couple weeks ago early in the morning, the lady in the drive thru said the rewards were not working (I was trying to use my rewards). The lady in the drive thru proceeded to tell me that she and the manager didn’t know how to use the rewards system anyway because neither of them were trained on it. That was an awkward and weird conversation. So they hardly get the order right and their rewards don’t work so definitely not going back.
Great customer service and speedy food service.I originally visited on February 25th of this year and accidentally ordered lunch during breakfast hours through the Wendy’s app. Being from out of state I wasn’t aware of the regulations around this sort of thing and wasn’t able to receive my order, which I was very politely and kindly informed of and guided through the process of having everything fixed.Shortly after the manager emailed me back and got everything squared away for me to come in for a new meal to rectify things fully and was very kind and understanding through the whole process.The food was hot and fresh, and the service provided was spectacular. My entire experience, even during my blunder, was amazing.
We had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon for buy one chicken sandwich get one free. Pretty excited my sibling headed over to Wendy's. However, the details on the coupon didn't specify breakfast or lunch and the mobile app accepted our order; upon arrival the employee regrettably informed us the order had to be cancelled. Unfortunately cancelling on the app was not successful. That being said, Natalie the manager at this location reached out and rectified the situation going up and beyond. I was pretty surprised and grateful for the awesome guest service! Ty so much Natalie we appreciate your time and hard work <3
Fairly fast drive through, good food, but on several occasions they forget to put the pecans in for the apple pecan salad, ketchup for fries, or a spoon for the frosty.
Purchased a large hamburger and got a tiny one like off the value menu. When I asked about the size off the hamburger I was told they are super small now. No, your cook didn't read the screen right my meal was 12 dollars. If my food is going to cost that much I might as well go to a nice restaurant and get a pick up order instead of dealing with rude managers that make excuses for their lack of leadership.
We had a 4 for $4 each, really can't go wrong for a light dinner with that. Had a minor glitch with my food, got taken care of immediately, no muss no fuss. They did great.

Went here for the first time today. Luckily I went inside because they couldn't seem to get my order right although it was simple. I would have been missing several things. The food was cold although I had just got it...One of the employees was loudly cursing at another employee. Other employees were playing around. One guy wanted to order and was just looked over as he stood at the register until someone finally acknowledged that he was even standing there. Everyone seemed very young like maybe high school age. It was just a very unprofessional experience. I won't be going back.
The person in the Drive-Thru section needs to be trained on how to take orders in advance instead of taking one order and after that order is served out the window then they take the next order that person needs to be trained I wound up going across the street to Taco Bell
