Single person coming in for a quick Breakfast. I have been sitting for 10m on a Monday morning and all the workers are refusing to clean the “bar” area. I thought my last time was a Fluke since it was hectic on the weekend. This time I realized The workers here are lazy and obnoxious. Even as I am typing this.. Nobody is cleaning the tables.What a Joke.

We had a great breakfast today and our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and great customer service! If you want a good hearty breakfast Waffle House is the place to visit! #Happycustomer

I eat here all the time as it’s across the street from my office and today will be the last. I tried to place a order over the phone and nobody answers the phone. Go in expecting them to be busy. Half the seats are empty. 2 people waiting to pay. 2 employees sitting eating others laughing and making jokes. Finally get to order my food and the very unpleasant lady placed my order. I sat and watched my food get ready and sit for 4 min before she even attempted to get it ready to go. When I questioned she rudely replied I didn’t see it was ready however she picked up 2 different orders that was right beside mine and delivered them to the table. Had them remake because it was cold at this point. They were completely rude and lacks any customer service skills needed to do this job.
The waitress was so sweet and wonderful. I wish I had gotten her name!! She told me that my bf and I made her miss her fiance. The food was really good, too. We got the Philly cheesesteak hashbrowns, it was way better than I expected.
The best night staff a place could have. Super friendly with a great attitude. Food was a staple and hit the spot.
Lisa( MGR) and Laura?( waitress) were amazing. Food was great service was awesome. Overall a 10 of 10 in my book! Great job to the team!
The old lady that works nightshift should not be at any job interacting with humans or animals. Beyond terrible customer service! This is the 2nd encounter I had with her only to have the same results. I came in around 1am. There was 1 table that had about 10-12 teenagers at it. Total of 3 employees. (1 cook, 2 waitresses) I walk in, NO GREETING AT ALL, walk up to the register to place my order only to be told I could not place a to-go order. Was told I could sit and eat at the establishment. I had already over heard the lady say she was waiting on 2 more plates for that table so I politely ask what the difference was between placing a to-go order and eating there. Obviously perturbed, she walks away and ignores me. I continue to sit and tell her I would like to order and have a to-go box. I think this was only fuel to the fire but oh well. Not even 10 mins later a gentleman walks in and she asks what she could get for him. Needless to say, I will go out of my way to avoid this location. If this were my restaurant, I would be extremely unhappy with the loss of revenue she causes.
