Finally stopped in to see what all the fuss was about at Vick's BBQ. I love food truck BBQ ... it's basically a smoker on wheels on a couple of people who love what they do. We weren't disappointed ... the brisket cuts were moist and full of flavor. The sausage was extremely tender and tasty as well. It was a great evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. My only regret is not getting there sooner before the ribs were sold out. We'll be back ... we have to try the turkey and banana pudding!
Found this gem based off of complete 5 star reviews across the board. We had the opportunity to try a little bit of everything, from the ribs, pulled pork, sausage links, turkey, brisket, Mac and cheese, and potato salad. You will not be disappointed in anything you choose, everything was absolutely 5 stars plus, hands down --from flavors to service! Thank you Vick for a great meal, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
Tender brisket, juicy turkey with great flavor, pulled pork to write home about, and fall off of the bone tender ribs.
Oh my gosh, the turkey from your truck is beyond amazing!! The best turkey I’ve had by far!! Your brisket is amazing as well, but your turkey has it beat!! Amazing food and well worth it.
This place is fantastic!! The food was so delicious and there was so much of it! It was a great value! I had the brisket sandwich and it was bordering on perfection! My husband had the ribs and there were no survivors!! If you get a chance GO!
I recently visited Vick's BBQ. Everything was DELICIOUS! On top of the flavorable turkey, sausage, and brisket to the beans and slaw, the service was so friendly. I'll definitely be back.
First visit, and certainly not my last! Ordered a baked potato with brisket- it was huge and so tasty. Thought I was getting one meal, but I can easily get three to four meals from this bounty! Sat at a picnic table enjoying warmer weather, a gentle breeze, and my food - a lovely Texas day! Highly recommend this place. Good food, good portions, friendly service - what's not to love?
last minute decision to come here but boy was it worth it. pulled pork sandwich was extremely juicy and delicious, so great! husband got the chopped brisket and it was good as well, along with the sausage too. will return for sure!!
I would love to give this place a 10 stars but 5 is all they allow, this place hit the spot. The ribs and brisket was so good I had to pull over and eat it all before I could leave…. Will I go back hell yes do I recommend other hell yes
Best baked potatoes I have ever had. Both the brisket and pulled pork are definitely worth a try. Rudy's bbq doesn't even come close.
