Well, this was my first Chinese takeout in TX. It was just below average. The call in order was great, the staff was very nice. Driver was nice. This was the first time I’ve ever ordered fried rice and there wasn’t anything in the rice. Not a single veggie. It was white rice tossed in soy sauce. This was not good at all. The Mongolian beef was just ok. Very little beef and mostly onions. The general Taos chicken was just blahh not great not horrible. Crab puffs(rangoons) were edible but probably my least favorite I’ve ever had… I sure hope I find a good Chinese restaurant here in Conroe. I sure miss my favorites back in FL.
Their soup is good food! The cahn chua tom shrimp soup was so flavorful as well as the veggie wonton soup we requested instead of pork. Although we had a minor issue with one of the items, Kay was very pleasant on the phone as she resolved the matter & even remembered my name & the fact that it was ordered through uber eats. You rock! And the grilled chicken in the bahn mi ga was the best tasting yet. Try them all and see for yourself. Enjoy!
Normally I really enjoy the food. It's good portions, decent priced, friendly service. Problem this time was that the orders me and a family member got was extremely overly salted. I don't know if something went wrong with the cooking or what, but we're all drinking a gallon of water just or counter the sodium overdose. Maybe u guys should give it a taste test before sending it out.
Small portions hefty price. Ive had better chinese food. wont eat there again
My son-in-law says the way to quickly judge an oriental restaurant is to get their hot and sour soup. If it's good, so will be the food. The soup was excellent and the food was good although I am not sure my jalapeno chicken lunch entree was the best option. I will return to try other lunch choices. The parking lot and the dining area are both smallish so pick your times to visit.
I ordered online. They took my $51, sent a confirmation email and NEVER delivered my food !!! I called nonstop for 30 minutes and it hung up every time after multiple rings. I even tried emailing. I have used them for 6 years.... I am DONE !!! Never again !!!!
One of our favorites. Food is consistently good. Staff is very helpful and attentive. My favorite is chicken noodle soup.
