Absolutely the worst Taco Cabana I've ever been to! We waited 20 minutes to get our food. When we got back to the hotel we realized our enchiladas had been heated up so much they were hard as a rock and couldn't even be cut with a knife. My daughter and I ate dry, hard rice and beans for dinner. Please don't go here, there's a better one down the road!
This place is disgusting and has been the past few times I've been here. I don't know why but it smells like a bathroom. I thought that the last time it was just an anomaly but it smells like bad bathroom mop water.The pico de Gallo was old and inedible.The chips were stale.And the "queso" tasted like canned cheese100 percent do not recommend. Not sure how but taco bell has some surpassed taco cabana in quality. Which explains why a text mex place that serves alcohol has zero business during rush hour.Needs new or better management ... There's trash on the floor. Flies everywhere.Absolutely disgusting.
Bean and cheese tacos are cold. Peco is NOT FRESH, they didn’t have anyone to answer when I pulled up to order. And then I ordered two tacos and they only gave me one peco. Please train your staff. And they gave me a HALF full peco.?♀️Added later: I just went again and won’t be returning. Their bean and cheese tacos are cold and the beans aren’t fully mashed like whole beans, cold and almost crunch. NASTY do better!
Well it’s definitely not fast food, 16 minutes and still don’t have my food. The place is dead and they don’t seem to know what their doing. Staff is unfriendly. This used to be a great spot, shame how far it’s dropped. If you own this place, you need a new manager!
03/19/20 2:45 PM. Ordered a chicken Cabana Bowl, and a number 3, with my son and it made us sick the rest of the day and through the night. It made Montezuma's revenge look good. The store at this time was filthy. The front counter, floors and many other items seem like they never get cleaned properly so we ate outside. The staff were patient, friendly and the service was prompt. The business was very slow in the time.
The food was okay but nothing special. The place was pretty dirty, though...stuff on the walls, the floor's not clean, and the bathroom was dirty (and looks to have been so for quite some time) with lovely cockroaches hanging around. ??Lol update: I've changed my mind from 2 stars to 1, after pondering my experience and reading more reviews. There was some fajita meat on the grill that looked like it had been sitting there awhile (no clue if it was). There were wet floor signs in multiple places but the floor was not only dry but really dirty. We waited forEVER for our food. I felt like I had to wash my hands every time I touched something in there. Lol.
Took 5 minutes of vebally running around to be able to get our order placed correctly. First employee taking our order needs more training on talking orders in general, while the second one that took over for him needs additional training in customer service.
Food was terrible. Service was worse. Fountain drank machine tasted like it stood like it must have had slime and mildew in it for years. And there was a huge mass in front of it that they had just corralled with wet floor signs and threw napkins on it instead of mopping it up.. They did not give us our complete order and when I went backup to get refunded for what we did not get the lady refused to return the $2 79 and i had a receipt! I was late taking my mother to chemo so did not have time to deal with it. As i told this lady at first!! Unbelievable...
As long as I live I will NEVER eat here again. Steak in the quesadilla was old and the consistency of beef jerky. Black beans were crunchy and overloaded with raw onions. The rice was overcooked and mushy. The salsa cups were filled enough to barely cover the bottom. I know this is fast food but come on, take a little pride.
Ordered our food. 20 minutes later and multiple people behind us served we went up to ask about our order and we’re rudely asked what we wanted and they told us our order hasn’t been started. 10 minutes later we’re still waiting. Our food was ready but no oke informed us. Just left our food sitting on the counter. Started eating and my food tasted like rubbing alcohol. If I could give zero stars I would.
