Horrible location. I order online and got the confirmation to pick up in the store. I get there around 7 and the store was locked up. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before it was my turn at the window and was told they didn't get my order. Took another 35 minutes to prepare it and it was still wrong. Not making any of those mistakes again.
“Sorry we can’t take your order, we are out of all meats.” That’s how I was greeted on the drive through speaker. “Uhm…ok, well I have an online order…”“Just wait a few days and see if the charge drops.”That was the first thing that bothered me. But it was driving around and seeing the employees laughing and joking in the kitchen, and their associates sitting right outside the store smoking weed, that really did it.I get it, most people working at these locations deal with alot of ungrateful people. But the level of unprofessionalism gets old real fast. This location never honors their hours, and always some excuse why they can’t complete an order.I hope management isn’t so stressed from corporate that they just don’t care what the workers do, because they blatant disregard for service is telling.
Absolutely the worst taco bell experience in my life! Ordered food through the app and got there to pick it up. When we pulled arounf to the window the employee shut the window door in our face. Then after that we get another guy who lets us know basically half our order items are not available at the time. So we swap our items out. Then an ambulance drives by and your employees flip it off out of the drive thru window. Extremely unprofessional! I get my order home and we are missing our cheesy roll up and to top it off our order iems were slopply thrown in a bag spilling out of their containers and we had maybe 1/8 of a ramiken with cheese for the nacho fries. Will not be back to this location ever! I suggest the same for you
Ordered #3 burrito supreme; crunchy taco supreme; dr pepper and fire sauce. Burrito was ICE COLD and hot sauce x2 mild sauce were in secured bag. ?♀️
Eh on the food....somethings is not quite what it use to be. Perhaps with time (?)The employees are really friendly and quick in orders.The place could use some attention to cleaning (and smelling of a wet dog...)Drive-thru is a quick and efficient and I've Never had my order messed up. Thank you for that.
We waited there for 10 minutes for only the new wings, and they still managed to give us the wrong order. Instead of wings I got a Crunchwrap and a hard shell taco. Normally, I wouldn’t care but the wings are only out for a week and it was really my only chance to get them. I was in an Uber, and the driver had to honk to get their attention after waiting for 10 minutes. When the lady opened the window he said “it was the wings” and as the woman handed out the order I heard her go “um” as if she wasn’t sure the order was right, which it wasn’t, so why aren’t your employees double checking?
If I could not even rate this I would but I came to order food on 12/19 for my family we always order the same thing when we do decide to eat here. Let me just say this is The last time we eat here for sure. So once we got home we ate and shortly after eating all 4 of us started to get flu like symptoms it started with the kids then made it’s way down to my husband and I. I’ve have not felt so sick in so long. Idk if it was left over lettuce or they did not stir their food away properly but a food inspection definitely needs to come take a look
Been there twice in 10 days. Both times my double black bean grilled burrito has been full of meat. I cannot eat meat. They are two for two on screwing the order up. I even asked them twice before I left “no meat black bean only right?” Both time she said “no we did not put meat in your burrito”. If there weren’t four cars behind me I would’ve checked. Shame on me for thinking they could do their job correctly. I guess I won’t be back to that Taco Bell.
I rarely give a place a low rating, but this will be the third time that my order has gotten messed up at this Taco Bell. Never fails, the kids and the wife get their order and I get stiffed. Not to mention I live all the way out in Cut N Shoot, so by the time I get home, it's aways to late to complain.
The line took forever, but the food was hot and fresh. A bit pricey though. Seven dollars & some change for 1 supreme dorito taco, 1 bean & cheese taco, & a large PEPSI. Also, the receipt didn't have a barcode, so as to get points in the app.
