As always, unmatched, very clean and good service
We drive outta the way to come to this location but tonight 4/16/22 we went in and 2 young guys were working, Chris helped us and you could tell he was embarrassed by his coworker (he had no name tag, young Hispanic guy) he had 4 friends in there he was hooking up with free food and the 5 of them were acting a fool.. cussing, the friends were leaning over the glass talking over the food and the guy working was handing them food.. they were saying they had no more gloves.. Chris wasn't entertaining them but the other guy working was! The dude is to immature for a job were he's left unsupervised
Bunch of kids running around with no shirts or shoes getting served by their buddies that work there. Got home with an online order that was wrong.
Ordered online 1/16/22 said it would be done by 2pm. Im sitting inside right now 211pm two teenagers still making my order of 3 subs. While their 4 friends sit in the shop and talk with them. I wish Ms. Karen was working today. She is by far the best employee at this location.
The guy was rude and was throwing things around, you could tell he didn't want to be there, he messed up my sandwich and could care less
Food was just as good as always, it was my birthday and i was in a great mood but the woman behind the counter was NOT on my level and even ignored a few requests which i thought was rude as she didn't even acknowledge that I spoke and I know she heard me.
The lady that made my salad put only half a scoop of chicken with my salad when I expected a full scoop. When I tried to tell her she started saying “that’s a scoop of chicken”. Unbelievable!
Came in during lunch hour and the line was out door from the moment I entered until I left. The line flowed smoothly. The ladies were polite and calm. They took care of each customer flawlessly and place was clean in the middle of the rush. Highly recommend!
Sent my husband to get me a BLT (that’s bacon, lettuce & tomato) 6” sub. Wanted to add pickles, red onion, and lite Mayo. Upon returning with my sandwich we realize that they left out the L & T portion of the sandwich. It is literally in the name!!! Not first time receiving bad service at this location. Won’t go again!
Love their sandwiches. Full of veggies and that toasted bread.
