This store has taken my online order and wasn’t even ready. The store staff was so wasn’t even courteous enough to say sorry that order got delayed but rather he was busy and mentioned that he was the only staff. He threw out my receipt and said that it’s in trash now. My order was delayed more than 20 min, and he just threw my receipt without refunding me. Staff used F word against me
I am aware of the struggles currently going on. But this location needs to get their stuff together. It's always something... Today I walk in, there's only one employee in the whole place, and he says "Sorry ma'am I need to tell you it's going to be a while." There's one person in line so I'm confused and ask how long it will be? He's says something about he's got bread in the back and it's getting squishy...? Yall, it's Saturday afternoon, get some more employees working. Also there were basically no chips available, and the open sign wasn't even on. Can yall get it together please? Geez.
Worst subway with filthy floors and bathroom. Toilet handle was broken. All verges were from days old. No selections on verges. Never eat there. They don’t respect the franchise promotion coupons
We had a bad experience for the first time at this location. The bread was hard & tough. There were no black olives or pepper. The chocolate chop cookies were hard also.
Ordered two sandwiches. On the first, The store forgot to add the correct toppings. The second sandwich was 100% wrong. Instead of calling to let us know they were out of turkey, they went ahead and substituted with ham. I don’t eat ham which is why I chose turkey to start. They also put jalapeño sauce on my sandwich. I am extremely allergic to jalapeños and any kind of pepper. I ended up having an allergic reaction and just threw away the whole sandwich after three bites. The bread was soggy and just overall kind of sad. Usually love subway I hope no one else has a bad order today.
The manager is not pleasant. They are always short staffed and one guy in particular is very rude. The sign on the door says they open at 9 on Sunday. The door was locked and the guy inside was telling me they open at 11. Try the subway further down 1488 or the one in Alden bridge. Way better service. This one is very poorly run and neither the manager nor Subway cares.
Absolutely horrible!!! Visit at your own peril!After a recent visit this evening to this location, I have vowed not to return. I should have known better when I went the last time, the lady identifying as the manager claimed she was Subway corporate; obviously she is unaware that Subway doesn't have corporate locations and are strictly franchised. But I digress...This last visit, the bread was stale and certainly not fresh. They only gave me one napkin for a meatball sub. I asked for another from the gentleman and suddenly this huge, tall, heavyset white lady with brunette hair and glasses shows up out of nowhere, yelling that I only get one napkin. I turned to her and asked who she was and she stated she was the manager! Hard to believe, but OK lady, I'll play along. So I asked her name, she retorts with what's my name. Really? Likely,she is a peon. But, she continues this charade, so I whip out my phone to record and like the coward she is, she ran away, tucking her tail between her legs. I've already notified corporate. But feel free to visit this location with the poor customer service at your own peril.
I placed an order for curbside pickup. I pulled up to the front door and the person just looked at me. I could see my order, so I finally went in & asked if that was my order, the only order sitting on the shelf, & the person said I don’t know, you’ll have to look. There weren’t any other customers in there, so she wasn’t busy helping anyone. I started getting my order and she said oh, I was going to bring that out to you, but I saw this delivery sitting on the table and I wanted to see what it is. So I got my order myself and she said we don’t have any large lids either. And started talking to her co-worker and walked off. I got my drink and left. She never even said thanks or anything. Terrible customer service!
Tasty and friendly. My sonis autistic. Jelikes designihg his own sandwiches. They are always paitent. Thank you!
