This location is convenient to my job and fairly quick, I have never had a complaint I have always been pleased with the service. The last two times I have visited there has been a guy who was sweating so bad I was in fear it was going to get on the food. I was completely disgusted. I visited this location yesterday and he was there again, same thing, only this time it was worse. I paid cash and you would have thought it was the end of the world. I did not have my card on me. When I laid the cash down this man seriously huffed and rolled his eyes with such an attitude, I literally felt stupid for paying with cash. I understand everyone needs a job, but if you cant stand the thought of someone paying cash maybe you should reconsider where you are working. I clearly inconvenienced him and his actions let me know. He did the same thing when my coworker behind me paid cash as well. I hate to say this, but I will not be back to this location.

If I could give this subway no STARS I would… they are so slow here… most subways I go to are quicker and able to multitask… they will put one customer food in the oven to toast their bread and wait for it to get done… all the other ones will at least start on the next customer….I don’t know if it’s because they are just lazy or overweight but I really hate going to this one!!!

Hairnets?? I'm pretty sure the young woman with a LAYER of filth on the neck of her shirt should be wearing one... I'm not much for chit chat but a subway employee should ask what kind of bread, meat, cheese, whether or not I want it toasted should ask these things... This woman did not ask me anything or talk to me at all, and then I'm pretty sure she charged me extra for some reason as a club wrap shouldn't cost almost ten dollars with no drink or chips.. WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

Employee coughing on everything, 2 days later, covid. No kidding, definitely got it from THIS SUBWAY.Not wearing a hair net, face mask, apron.. nothing. Sandwich was awful, thrown together like a dog's breakfast. If you threw bread, salad, meat and condiments as hard as you could at a wall, it is similar to the quality of this establishment.

i won't judge you for going into work baked af but the sandwich was really poorly assembled

I’m at a loss for words, very similar to loss of everything this place has to offer. No microwave to heat, no oven to toast, half of the cheeses are missing, as well as half the veggies. Just wow! Not even napkins or bags. If there was ever a day to walk out, this would be the one! Absolutely will never return to this place. There’s a deli right across the street !!

Will not return to this subway. Staff hates their job and it’s reflected by the time it takes to service their customers as well as making their food. Takes 15min to serve one customer and when your sandwich is made, they do a poor job. (Example: distributing the contents evenly through the sandwich, using and absurd amount of sauce, deliberately smashing the bread when initially cutting it in half to begin building the sandwich).

Food came out good. It just took the lady 15 minutes to make it!! She was so slow! Clearly new, manager was ignoring her on her phone clearly visible but not engaged. I had to tell her what meats went into my Italian b.m.t. asked what was different between the spicy Italian b.m.t. and the regular one and she had no clue. Just kinda stared at the menu. No sense to get my question answered. So I just said forget it. She did ask the manager for something at one point, think it was how to make my sandwich. Lady just barked something at her and it was clear she didn't hear her. That's when I just told her what went in it. Got to the register and she didn't know how to work it. Had to wait another 5 minutes for her manager to make the sandwiches for the people behind me till she asked what was wrong....idk food was good but I went there bc I thought it was gonna be quick. This was not the case. Spent over half my lunch break just waiting... lucky I was hungry and ate that sandwich quick ??

Did an Delivery Order today for a Meatball Marina and an Spicy Italian. We got the order but the whole order was wrong!!!!!!. I called the store and no one picked up. I called for 15 mins then gave up and went to the store. When I got there the employee had earphones in and playing on their phone. Store was completely empty. So I called to make sure there wasn't a rush when I was calling. The employee ignored the phone and just let it ring!!!!! I told the employee I got the wrong order. That's when the employee says they are out of meatballs and didn't give an excuse for the ST. just looked at me like I was the issue even though I never received a call telling me they couldn't complete the order and give me an option to cancel. You can't make up your own order just to rip off your customer!! The employee was totally disrespectful and rude. There's too many Subways for this franchise on 366 to lose any. But ill take my family's money else where.
