The ladies seemed a little rude! I asked for salt and pepper and when she put it on a lot came out I asked her to scrape a little off and she rolled her eyes! She also tried to tell me I couldn’t have guacamole on my sandwich the other lady told her it’s fine! I ended up walking out I don’t like feeling like I’m bugging someone to do their job.
Ok so the reason for the low rating was service. The food was just like any other subways food, the service however was extremely terrible. I came in and had an order of 2 sandwiches and then I had an order for a friend written on my phone. The phone order when I read through it seemed confusing so I thought hey this might be better if I just show the associate the order on my phone to read it because it might make more sense to them. Me and my friend start ordering our sandwiches and immediately the associate was very dismissive and quickly moved from me to my friend. I then tell her I have an order on my phone and I attempt to show it to her and she looks up quickly and immediately says “we’ll you’re just going to have to read it to me because I just don’t have time for that” in an EXTREMELY rude tone. I started reading the order to her and pretty quickly she moves from bread to meats to cheese without much of verifying what the order actually was. She continues this pattern with mine and my friends sandwich and proceeded to make mine wrong and make my friends wrong as well. My orders get made wrong pretty frequently so that’s not as big a deal for me as the service. The associate had her name tag on the back of her cap but when she turned around we caught her name Andrea. Thanks for my great subway experience!
I normally love Subway, however,my last visit they were out of every topping except lettuce tomato and green pepper and olives! And almost out of all dressings....that was upsetting but what really wasn't fair was my daughter wanted chicken bacon ranch and was told they were out of the chicken for that so she would have to get a different chicken sub and add bacon which was an additional $1.50....ok.so because you have a shortage its costing me a $1.50 more and then cant even get the toppings or extra ranch (because you are low on ranch)
Literally walked out because I was waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order but no one was inside or something.
Order was ready on time. They were out of the chips I ordered for 3 meals but let me replace them with those available. One sandwich was missing an ingredient. The strawberry lemonade was very weak and tasted mostly of water.
Literally just left this place because I stood waiting for 20 minutes. For someone to come take my order. You would think they would have more staff working. That is not the case at this Subway. It's seriously understaffed, and when the lady finally stood up. It seemed she was forced to get up and do her job. Only 1 person seems to work here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
The employees when forced to get up and do their jobs got attitude with me. They also looked gross and completely unpleasant. Never eat here ever.
