Advice: Try a Different LocationExperience: Ordered for pickup by 3:15. They didn't start making it until ~3:30 or so. I know this, because I was there, waiting the entire time. Employee #1 said it would be ready in just a second. Employee #2 didn't start making it until after they helped the 6 people that kept coming in, even though I had been there waiting. Employee #2 burned the bread, and would've shorted me extra cheese that I paid for if I hadn't said anything. Everything was finally ready by ~3:40. "Save Time & Order Online"? What a joke!
Stopped by this location as I usually do and ordered a BLT. Simple enough right? I was informed by a rude employee that they can no longer make the sandwich because they do not have the “button” for it. Um, I was in the same establishment last week and the employee had no issues making it for me. I don’t care what you ring it up as, as long as I get my sandwich and you get your money. She stated that she “couldn’t do that.” So, you are telling me that instead of ringing me up for a turkey sandwich add bacon and then hold the turkey, you would just rather not make a sale at all? Any who, I went to another Subway restaurant, and they were happy to make my sandwich. I usually place a large order a few times a year for the office. I will definitely be placing it with a different location from now on.
Came to this location with a coupon that expires on 5-21-22…..the cashier told me that it was expired when I scanned it, so I handed him the coupon so he could clearly see the expiration date…..he told me to scan it again and told me that the machine read error……I asked him why it was doing that and he stated that he did not know…..I heard him state that it was his first day, so I do not fault him….I do however fault Subway…...I ended up paying full price…..Subway should fix this issue….I dont understand why they’re sending out coupons and then state that they don’t work when trying to use them at the restaurant……
I decided to order subway for my family and I today and when we got home after picking it up the order was incorrect. I had paid extra for extra meat on all the sandwiches and had bought four cookies. None of the sandwiches had extra meat. And two cookies were not in the bag.
As soon as I can get ahold of the corporate office maybe I’ll be helped. I unfortunately visited this location 3-10-22 at about 3pm. I ordered a sub with my brother online while waiting inside( deal was better online)About 15 minutes go by and we get our food, not even 2 minutes after walking out the door I notice my $500 sunglasses are missing. I begin to call my job, search my car, and check everywhere else around. I then called the Subway for over two hours because I’m stuck at work and cannot drive there, and cannot get anybody to answer the phone.My last attempt was on the 12th to go there in person and find out if my glasses were there. I was answered with a very snarky response from a very rude employee with pretty big holes in his ears. Needless to say I don’t even care about the food, I’m absolutely furious and as far as I’m concerned subway owes me $500.DO NOT GO INSIDE THIS STORE. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE TAKEN

This is the WORST subway. I came at 8:45 pm with two older workers. The man refused to swap out meat for the Italian BMT than his coworker told him to do it. I asked for extra cheese because I’m paying for it. He sprinkled a small amount, I had to ask him twice. He forgot to toast my sandwich so after he put cold veggies he went back and toasted it. SMH. I kept having to ask him to add more than a pinch of items! He didn’t bag my food he just left all my items on the counter and said “have a nice day.” I had to bag it myself and also ask for napkins. They were slow, lifeless, and rude!! Not a single smile, never greeted or anything else. Never coming back here again! Do not recommend until they get better workers. My sandwich is disgusting and my daughter hates it. What a waste of money.
I ordered a few sandwiches online and received text at 7:19 of confirmation. At 7:34 received text order ready for pick up. I get there at 7:50. Order not even started. Employee had a hard time focusing and getting it done. 2nd time in two months and both times dissappointed.
