Customer service is okay, quality was okay but the big negative is, the drive-thru curve is ridiculously designed. You have to overextend your arm to reach for your order or scrape your wheels... Not worth the repair and inconvenience for a cup of Starbucks product.
Every morning I place my mobile order and it’s always ready for me. The workers are very friendly and my favorite barista Hannah introduced me to my new favorite drink. She always greets me when I come in with a smile and always has my drink ready. The iced chai with oat milk and four scoops of match powder is my new go-to. Thank you Hannah for the recommendation!
This is the quality you receive from this shop. I will get a good coffee for these people who 1/10 times from this place. Don’t waist your money or time with these baristas. They won’t give you the time I’ve day if you need something. Just save your time. Not worth it.
Great service and staff only think I dislike is that they don’t have all breakfast sandwiches I have always ordered I loved their roasted ham and Swiss sandwich over past three months I have ordered and they only kept saying “they don’t have it” instead of telling customers they discontinued… Now I have being trying to get the ham and cheese croissant and the Bacon and egg cheddar sandwich for over a month now and they keep saying “they don’t have it” I understand this Starbucks is out off sandwiches or won’t be getting any but they should at least removed items that they don’t have from their menu or cross it of that way customers know not to keep ordering. I’m better off going to Starbucks inside Kroger.
This starbuck is slow and have no sense urgency. They take orders in the driveway one at a time so you have to sit at the menu/intercom until the car in front of you leave. The line stays warpped around, which would be fine if it was moving. The worker appears friendly just the service is SLOW!!!
I come here often and never have any issues. Coffee and food is great. Atmosphere is nice.
So initially I was so happy to have a coffee shop close to home. The staff is always friendly and kind. However, their store hours always change so a lot of times when I try to go they are closed… Then when I do go the drinks are always made inconsistently. I ordered a caramel macchiato hot and it tastes like milk water it is obviously missing shots of espresso it seems to only have one shot and I was not happy for a $5 drink I expect better. I guess I am critical on that having worked at a Starbucks myself. But it seems like they either add to many pumps of sweetener, burn shots so the whole drinks tastes like burnt coffee, or they completely mess up the drink. I hate to say it I might stick with Dunkin from now on. Cheaper drinks and made consistent.
I was so thrilled when this Starbucks opened. I do not pass through Starbucks often, but when I do - this is the location I choose. The first time I drove through, I was treated so kindly and received excellent customer service which has been the same since that time. They are always smiling, always helpful and my order is always correct. If you are looking for great service with a smile, then visit the team at this location soon!
Pretty good place. They are pretty busy but really fast service. Nice people and the inside is always clean and always has seats available somehow
They need more staff working in the mornings i waited about 15-20 mins for 3 drinks. Then i had to ask for a drink carrier and still waited and was only given one straw for 2 cold drinks yet my brother who only got 2 cold drinks got 2 straws no what sense does that make
