It’s disgusting! Asked for extra pumps and it’s like they put none at all. Not the first time they do this. It’s literally so nasty I’ve thrown my drink away each time we’ve been. Not going back.

This was by far the worst Starbucks drink my hubby and I ever had. Not sure if they were having a bad day or not but this drink was not it ??We ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch, got mixed up and gave us a small, took it back to correct it and it tasted watery. Hopefully it’s improved ?‍♀️?‍♀️ won’t be going back there tho.

Standard for a Starbucks. The staff is very nice. My go to if I am in need of caffeine.

Great in the morning sucks in the afternoons. How’d I ask for “like 6 pieces of ice” and get a regular amount. Then pay $10 for a venti iced matcha with syrup and oat milk. Then since my cup is full of ice I get another with no ice and it’s $7. I’ve never paid $10 for a Starbucks drink. Ridiculous. Didn’t offer to fix anything and I was not trynna ruin her day so I didn’t even ask.

The staff here was super helpful and happy to help. I don't frequent Starbucks that often but I'd definitely revisit this one!

Super friendly staff, bought one of their pre packaged sandwiches that barely had any spinach, mozzarella or pesto and the manager replaced it without a thought. He said he'd keep an eye out for other ones like that as well. Super sweet ?

I have a problem when you can make on line orders, but it is never updated. Not sure who is responsible for updating the on line availability but its never right!!!!! We place all our order and spend at least 60.00 per week. You can never get what you want because its never updated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its getting easier to go to the Starbucks at Harpers Landing. They at least have their menu and availability of drinks is always correct!

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Carmel Brûlée Latte. My coffee wasn’t made to order: not hot at all, no whip cream, no Carmel brûlée topping…..I went inside and the disappointment just kept coming. First, the store smells like cat urine. The girl behind the register struggled with being able to repeat my order back to and was far too soft spoken (especially with a mask on) to be heard over the blaring music! Eventually another employee had to step in for assistance. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience, handed me my Venti and only half way filled when I've a comment they said they would remake it buy only placed ice in it. Tasted so horrible I did not drink it. It was noy what I ordered because I always order it and never had an issue. Maybe no foam due to shortage but still drinkable and happy. Never ever going to this place ever again and if I was not in a hurry I would have requested a full refund.

I come here almost every day, sometimes with my dog, mostly through the drive thru but the line was long so i went in today, and i’ve never had a bad experience up until today. even then, it’s not too bad, but left me with a sour note about it. I wanted something I haven’t tried before, so I went with the sweet cream cold brew, and I usually get a sugar packet or two with any coffee so I thought i’d do the same with this one. when I asked for and got my sugar packets, someone else from the other side of the line looked at me (couldn’t tell if she stared directly at me or at my coffee) and loudly said “Ewww” I was kind of taken aback, since it was seemingly directed right at me with how she was looking at me. highly dissatisfied this visit.
