I ALWAYS receive Immaculate Service Here! The ENTIRE Staff is AWESOME! They're Respectful, Extraordinarily Professional yet Genuinely Friendly! And the drinks are Amazing, as is the Merchandise Selection!!! Ashleigh was Patient in my indecision, Knowledgeable of Various Options to Recommend and perhaps even more importantly, Accommodating, by helping achieve the Concoction that I desired. How you going to charge so much for two cups of coffee but make both drinks half full? Than when i complain about it ,all you wanna say is thats how its made. Customers beware and stay away from this starbucks they are trying to rip people off that dont know any better.

Shoutout to the girl who did my favorite Frappuccino! Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra Caramel Drizzle (mobile order #70989696.I had not been to this location in a while and my two last experiences at a Starbucks in Austin and another one at Giddings left me without hope for my favorite frap.I had a terrible week with college finals and my grandma at the ICU. While she was in surgery I went across the street to this location and ordered ahead to save time.With everything that’s happening, she made my day a bit better! Keep the good work, I loved this frap, probably the best I have had in my life!!! Merry Christmas

Coffee was great but employees sure could work on customer service skills. Guy at the window handed me my drink and didn’t even look at me or say a word, just kept his head looking inside the store. A simple thank you goes a long way, or at least look at me when handing me my drink. Rude!

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for that reason alone. If you do, remember any Starbucks will remake your drink if made incorrect. They’re not even worth asking with their poor attitudes. The employees clearly hate their jobs

No interaction at the window. Absolutely no speaking when I pulled up to the window. When it was time to give me my card, they waved my card until I could grab it. Please allow for interaction at the window! I did not have one word come from the barista at the window. Please fix this!

Anna was such a sweet heart. She did something so kind and genuine, by offering me a simple compliment. May seem small, but it made my day actually. Thank you for your great service.

Not very many people, so it was comfortable. 2 Custumer only. Yet they dropped our food, then gave it burnt. Our drink was made wrong. If there were a lot of people I’d understand, but only 2 customers why mess up? It’s like they really didn’t want to be there. Are they all trainees? ???‍♀️

Not very impressed, super woke staff ?

We went through the drive-thru to get our drink and asked for 2 seconds to make a decision and Joshua was our server but someone in the other microphone went "one, two times up." Then when we were ordering my tea I asked for an extra tea bag and my husband said sorry for the complicated order and she said "yeah it is". Someone on the other telecom was very rude and snarky not a good experience on a Sunday morning.
