Terrible experience. This starbucks is a joke. No one greeted us when we walked in. The team members were laughing and playing and not focusing on customers at all. On that note after 15 minutes of waiting for our drink, it was all messed up. Who is in charge of this starbucks and who is the manager? This is my second time visiting this Starbucks coming from Cali. I decided to give them a second chance. Bad idea. Never going back?.
This is the worst run store we’ve come across. Been there several times but have only made it out of the drive thru ONCE with drinks. They are either out of ingredients or just unwilling to serve us a particular drink because it’s getting close to closing time (about 30 minutes later). How is the store even still open for business?
This low star review is based upon cleanliness. Staff were very nice, went out of their way to make us still welcomed. But the store was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. No manager in this day & age should allow a store to look like this.
This location used to be awesome, now it’s SO SLOW. The service is absolutely appalling. Never any reason or apology. I have had to leave the drive thru several times to go elsewhere after waiting 20 minutes or more. Not sure what the problem is, however it needs addressing.
Usually go through drive thru and they are very polite. I sometimes just pick up my order in the lobby as well. They are fast and are always in a cheerful mood. The drink are always well made as well
Great location but very slow drive thru. Maybe they have a lot of new people??? The new white straws always have a crack on the tips.
We had a nice experience on our visit. Starbucks has a strong brand and their store layouts are great. Like most Starbucks, this location checks the box I'm just about everything. Friendly service, clean store, with a good selection of coffees, sandwiches and egg bites.
Staff was very friendly. We ordered 3 times in two days, and most drinks were great. The tea we got at night wasn't the freshest, but it was okay.
It's 5:51 am and they are supposed to be open, but aren't. This has happened multiple times, so those that place mobile orders are SOL. Don't come here in the early morning you most likely will get screwed
THE slowest Starbucks on the planet. ??Update 2/1/22: At least 8 employees behind the counter and I’m still waiting for my drink- 10 minutes. You know why?! She’s too busy singing and dancing to Disney music and now has had to remake my drink a third time because she made it wrong. I’m still waiting and I ask where it is, barista says he doesn’t know, and the original one says “oh, I passed it on to him.”Music is extremely loud and the baristas are more concerned with singing and dancing to Disney music than making their customers happy. OMG, I hate this Starbucks so much. Such a pathetic operation.
