Great coffee, I ordered through the app and it said estimated time seven minutes, but it was ready in three minutes!?My only complain is that a lot of items were unavailable at the store…Which is not so nice has a loyal customer who’s been drinking your coffee for the past decades.Additionally I don’t like the fact that the prices are so high.

I didn't catch their name, but the barista with the blonde curly/wavy hair and amazing style added a surprise sprinkle of cinnamon in my drink and it made it a million times better. Also they somehow read my mind and gave me blonde espresso when I forgot to ask for it. 100000/10 will definitely come here again

Hours are not correct online I come around 6:00-6:30am and it’s always closed. Line is disorganized and there is always some noob who doesn’t know how the line works and tries to cut in front of the line that’s been waiting. There needs to be signs or arrows to direct the traffic for the Starbucks. The outside is always dirty too. The plants are dead by the speaker and there’s build up of thrown coffee by the window

Starbucks has a great brand and their store layouts are great. Oh and the coffee is pretty good too. Like most Starbucks, this location checks the box I'm just about everything. Friendly service, clean store, with a good selection of coffees, sandwiches and egg bites.

Starbucks app is always having issues. I missed out on the drink rewards yesterday due to the app not loading after 5 minutes. UPDATE... Just ordered a Gande Cappuccino and half of it was froth. Called up there and spoke to Tracy, who was very rude. I told her that I'm going to drive back up there for another drink but would appreciate it if she read the Google reviews on this store... in a very sassy tone, she said, "ok, I will." It's clear that this location does not care about customer satisfaction.

It seems like it is becoming a regular occurrence for the lobby to be closed and the location to be drive thru only with no indication when you place an order on the app, which means sitting in a 10 to 20 minute drive thru line to get an online order that is now cold. I have never known a Starbucks to just close like this on a regular basis. The least they could do is change their status to drive thru only in the app or just not accept online orders while the lobby is closed. It's unprofessional.

I've been visiting thus particular store now for 3 months, daily. Staff is very competent and are well trained. Always with a smile and great customer service. Several employees know me by name since the first week I went in. Thank you for your help Always appreciate your hard work.

Sweet! I jokingly told the guy I was just here for the whip cream and he put extra whip cream at the bottom! You’re the best?

We go to s b for the chocolate chip with extra shot of espresso coffee frappachino.5 stars. Employees, sweet coffee, and price a bit high but don't go often for this reason so it was well deserved splurged.So why 3 stars? ONE LONG LINE AROUND THE BUILDING.Maybe follow successful working motto of Chickfilet?

I’ve been here a couple of times and never had a good experience. They’re always out of food. The drinks are either completely wrong or just taste horrible. The staff never cares either. Horrible experience all around. I wouldn’t suggest ever going here.
