Have been going to sonic for years. The app wasn't working to order my tea. I asked them to honor the app price and I was told it was working and the fact that the app wasn't working was my problem not theirs. I asked to speak to the manager and told he will be available in 10 minutes. Tried to call the store but no answer. This location staff needs help with customer service and I won't be coming back.
Absolutely the worst sonic ever! Horrible customer service.
We ordered several Oreo shakes and a peanut butter shake. None of the Oreo shakes had any Oreos in them. The peanut butter shake had little to no flavor. They shouldn’t have sold us the shakes if they didn’t have the right supplies. We ordered around closing. We wasted $40-$50. Being upfront with your customers is key in delivering great customer service. We wouldn’t be bothered to know they didn’t have the shakes available. We feel robbed now that we spent that much money for something we didn’t want.
Today I went to grab my usual drink and I usually have been getting the same car hop employees but today I noticed a new one her name was Isabella and she was the nicest girl I’ve encountered at that sonic location she was so kind and has a beautiful smile and a great attitude. I felt bad I only had a few dollars on me to tip but I definitely will be going back and making a trip to the bank before hand!
They were out of some condiments and portions were smaller than other sonics I'd been to. Ask for easy ice which apparently meant only 1/2 a cup of ice. Prices were not in line with amount or quality of food. If I'm in area again, will likely avoid this one.
